Als Allround Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van administratieve financiële werkzaamheden ten behoeve van interne en externe opdrachtgevers. Je draagt bij aan een betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige bedrijfsadministratie en ondersteunt de Financial Controller met het verzamelen van informatie en het opstellen van rapportages.

Functietaken:

  • Verzorgen tijdige maand- en jaarafsluiting
  • Voorbereiden van specificaties t.b.v. de jaarrekening
  • Aanleveren van periodieke rapportages
  • Actief beheer van debiteuren- en crediteuren administratie
  • De goederenstroom verwerken en controleren
  • Btw-aangifte
  • Verzorgen van correcte grootboekmutaties
  • Alle voorkomende administratieve verwerkingen binnen de afdeling
  • Ad hoc werkzaamheden.

Functie-eisen:

  • Een afgeronde finance MBO/HBO opleiding
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de Retail branche
  • Daarbij heb je ruime ervaring én affiniteit met administratie systemen en goede kennis van MS Office.

Key Responsibilities are:

We’re looking for a Team (Administrative) Assistant for our Market Place Units (MPUs) Merchandising Team in EMEA. You’ll support a team of Senior Directors in our Merchandising Management team, enabling them to keep up with the company’s rapid pace. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, combined with a technical and analytical skillset (e.g. Tableau, Cognos, Alteryx or similar)

Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers in de regio Amsterdam Zuid zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een Allround Administrateur voor 32 - 40 uur per week met het liefst Retail ervaring.

Als Allround Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van administratieve financiële werkzaamheden ten behoeve van interne en externe opdrachtgevers. Je draagt bij aan een betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige bedrijfsadministratie en ondersteunt de Financial Controller met het verzamelen van informatie en het opstellen van rapportages.

Functietaken:

  • Verzorgen tijdige maand- en jaarafsluiting
  • Voorbereiden van specificaties t.b.v. de jaarrekening
  • Aanleveren van periodieke rapportages
  • Actief beheer van debiteuren- en crediteuren administratie
  • De goederenstroom verwerken en controleren
  • Btw-aangifte
  • Verzorgen van correcte grootboekmutaties
  • Alle voorkomende administratieve verwerkingen binnen de afdeling
  • Ad hoc werkzaamheden.

Functie-eisen:

  • Een afgeronde finance MBO/HBO opleiding
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de Retail branche
  • Daarbij heb je ruime ervaring én affiniteit met administratie systemen en goede kennis van MS Office.
