In deze mooie winkel heb je een belangrijke bijdrage in het behalen of overtreffen van de verkoop en KPI- doelstellingen van de winkel. Je bent een enthousiaste merkambassadeur, je benadert iedere klant met veel enthousiasme en zorgt ervoor dat de klant tevreden de winkel verlaat. Je beschikt over zeer goede commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden om deze uitdagende functie tot een succes te brengen.
Verantwoordelijkheden

• Voldoet aan of overtreft de verwachtingen van de klant en bouwt een emotionele band op met iedere klant door een enthousiaste merkambassadeur te zijn;
• Zorgt dat het productaanbod in de winkel beschikbaar is voor klanten, door te helpen met leveringen en de voorraad in de winkel aan te vullen;
• Verkooptransacties handel je snel en nauwkeurig af met inachtneming van de veiligheidsprocedures;
• Zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke, overzichtelijke winkelomgeving voor klanten door consistente toepassing van visual merchandising en inrichting;
• Voldoet aan de richtlijnen en procedures om een veilige winkel‑ en werkomgeving te waarborgen.

Profiel

• Minimaal 1 jaar Retail ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
• Passie voor beide merken;
• Klant- en servicegericht;
• Collegiale & enthousiasmerende en motiverende instelling;
• Flexibele en prestatiegerichte instelling;
• Commercieel inzicht en communicatief vaardig;
• Integer en betrouwbaar;
• Bereid om op feestdagen en tijdens vakanties te werken; geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success

• Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner

Knowledge, capabilities and experience:

• Proven work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and solid product, retail and industry understanding
• Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills

THE PROGRAM

The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a blended learning, multi week program focused on immersing a manager in all aspects involved in managing a multi-million dollar business for the company. Training takes place in our domestic and international store locations. Each week the program focuses on a different aspect of running the business.

The program trains the MIT on the necessary principles of management including creating the best in-store experience, recruiting, diversity, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising. The program is structured and provides the MIT with daily and weekly feedback from the Store Manager and District Manager.

The MIT completes daily readings and exercises, experiences and learns through on the job training, and completes weekly assignments. The MIT must successfully complete the training program to be moved on into an Assistant Manager role. Successful completion of this program is the first step for leadership.

The company strongly advocates a philosophy of promotion from within. All of our District Managers, Regional Managers, Directors - even the Vice President of Stores- have gone through the MIT program.
