Essential Function:  

·       Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accounts  

·       Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives  

·       Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans  

·       Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities  

·       Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies  

·       Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities  

·       Manage 100-150 accounts within location 

·       Meet or exceed sales quota 

·       Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management  

 

 

What experience(s), knowledge, and education we are looking for: 

·       University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience

·       Proven Cyber Security Enterprise Field Sales, including not limited to, Cloud Security - Network Security - Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of accounts  

·       Previous experience with accounts with 2000 employees or more.  

·       A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota  

·       Used to meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customers’ accounts  

·       Used to working with the Channel as well as developing business directly  

·       Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels  

·       Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN  

·       A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills  

·       Experience of working across various vertical markets  

·       Good analytical and forecasting skills  

·       Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills

This role fits into Open Systems International (OSI), a fast-paced, growing, high technology provider of state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide. A key part of the business unit, this role is responsible for project execution, project profitability and customer satisfaction. Managing complex phases of large projects, this role will work with resources from teams in different countries to achieve results. More senior positions will act as a resource to OSI Executive Management on corporate, strategic, organizational and tactical project matters.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and/or lead all aspects of the development of project plans and schedules, setting the strategy for projects based on business unit's priorities.
  • Manage the contract change process as needed.
  • Coordinate project implementation plans.
  • Ensure that projects are properly tested, approved and detailed.
  • Lead and coach assigned project managers.
  • Manage and determine timelines, priorities and resources for the project.
  • Assist in setting up partnerships and alliances with vendors.
  • Participate in sales demos, customer meetings, trade shows and industry conferences.

For this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field. An Engineering degree combined with experience with electrical utilities or automation systems is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of project management experience. More senior and or/director level positions call for 10+years in the field, handling projects of $5 million or more.
  • Proven track record of working in an international and solid understanding of international cultures and business transactions.
  • Business leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft Project.

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization including 3PL, transportation area or TMS vendor or a final client company.
  • Up to 50 % travel required.
  • Consulting experience in transport management field (TMS).
  • Strong interest in technical field.
  • Good understanding of WMS (warehouse management systems) is a plus.

  • Fluent English and other European languages desirable.

Forcepoint is one of the world’s largest private cybersecurity companies. A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Account Manager. You will be responsible for New Business (New Logo and Cross-sell & Upsell) for all Forcepoint solutions within a defined territory.

 

Essential Function:  

·       Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business to business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances and services to accounts  

·       Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives  

·       Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans  

·       Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities  

·       Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies  

·       Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities  

·       Manage 100-150 accounts within location 

·       Meet or exceed sales quota 

·       Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management  

 

 

What experience(s), knowledge, and education we are looking for: 

·       University degree preferred and 2-5 years of sales experience or equivalent work experience

·       Proven Cyber Security Enterprise Field Sales, including not limited to, Cloud Security - Network Security - Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of accounts  

·       Previous experience with accounts with 2000 employees or more.  

·       A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota  

·       Used to meeting with and presenting to C-level / executive level contacts within customers’ accounts  

·       Used to working with the Channel as well as developing business directly  

·       Able to effectively partner and engage with internal sales resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels  

·       Familiar with sales methodologies such as TAS and SPIN  

·       A structured and processed style of working with good time-management skills  

·       Experience of working across various vertical markets  

·       Good analytical and forecasting skills  

·       Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
