Functieomschrijving

Als Key Accountmanager maak je deel uit van het verkoopteam van Inspirits Premium Drinks. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Sales Directeur Off-Trade en werk je nauw samen met afdeling sales en marketing. Jij biedt toegevoegde waarde door het creëren van ingangen bij beslissers op hoofdkantoor niveau van supermarkten. Je weet supermarktketens te enthousiasmeren voor het potentieel van de organisatie en het merkenportfolio met als doel een toekomstige samenwerking. Distributieniveaus, zichtbaarheid en promotieplannen zijn belangrijke hefbomen om de organisatie te laten groeien.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het op- en uitbouwen van relaties binnen het supermarkt kanaal, op hoofdkantoor niveau;
  • Onderhandelen en implementeren van de account jaarplannen om het Off-Trade supermarktenplan te realiseren;
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van het Off-Trade field team voor hun bezoeken bij de verschillende accounts;
  • Verhogen van de productiviteit en efficiëntie door logistieke en financiële processen te vergemakkelijken, bijv. prognose, EDI, DESADV, cash collection en het opzetten van nauwe samenwerking met customer service en finance.

Functie-eisen

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau in een commerciële richting;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Accountmanager binnen het supermarkt kanaal;
  • Commercieel sensitief, empathisch, goed ontwikkelde mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid;

We have an exciting opportunity for keen specialist prepared to take ownership of the successful delivery and support our Information Network projects across Europe.


The role of the Information Networks Technical Specialist is to use their knowledge related to the field of process automation to define and implement solutions for our clients. Our offering includes wireless networks, cyber security, remote access, backup and disaster recovery, IT architecture, virtualization and hosting of the different systems/solutions and this position will allow you to work across the full project lifecycle to see them delivered to the customer. In addition, it will enable you to contribute to business development as well as process, product and solution improvements.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for the delivery of benefits to clients;
  • Ensure a good fit between order content and our product/execution capability by guiding scope definition throughout the sales process and participating in the setting of appropriate pursuit strategies.
  • Assess and advise on technical and commercial risk of potential and actual business during the sales and execution phases.
  • Help define and implement standard methodologies for project pursuits that will lead to long term sustainability and effective implementation.
  • Develop and present strategies and material to support business development.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including proposal generation, resource estimation, risk assessment and developing support materials which can be used by front offices.
  • Support and lead projects that involve technologies within your field of expertise.
  • Participate in and lead client support activities (site surveys, feed studies, problem solving, training etc.)
  • Internal knowledge transfer - undertake regular knowledge updates, using workshops where appropriate, to the European Engineering team with respect to their specialist fields.
  • Ensure that Companyrsquo;s quality control processes and relevant standards are followed.
  • Identify possible improvements to the sales and project execution processes, as well as potential improvements in the Emerson products used.
  • Assist in defining and crafting standard solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in developing implementation capability for solutions based on the supported technology within the organisation.
  • Identify and produce marketing material based on work performed such as quantified business results for projects undertaken.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key third parties (vendors of complementary technologies),
  • As required provide analysis of the market for our solutions as a whole with a view to growing the business.

Requirements
  • Degree level in an engineering discipline, network and computing, Electronics Control and Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of experience in our (Network architecture, DCS, and field implementation)
  • Extensive knowledge on network architectures and administration, core network infrastructure components, wireless technology and fieldbus. Ideally have a Cisco CCNA or higher with a specialisation
  • Good knowledge on Information technology (IT), Cyber Security, cloud computing, virtualisation, programming software, operating systems, Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery
  • Experience on project management, scheduling, engineering, procurement, team coordination and sales support
  • Strong experience with direct client contact including managing expectations
  • Verbal and written communication skills fluent in English
  • Master knowledge of Microsoft office including Visio
  • Some knowledge of industrial automation systems desirable but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel in Europe is mandatory as part of this job role. Duration and frequency will be variable, but travel is generally for short periods.

Als Key Accountmanager maak je deel uit van het verkoopteam van Inspirits Premium Drinks. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Sales Directeur Off-Trade en werk je nauw samen met afdeling sales en marketing. Jij biedt toegevoegde waarde door het creëren van ingangen bij beslissers op hoofdkantoor niveau van supermarkten. Je weet supermarktketens te enthousiasmeren voor het potentieel van de organisatie en het merkenportfolio met als doel een toekomstige samenwerking. Distributieniveaus, zichtbaarheid en promotieplannen zijn belangrijke hefbomen om de organisatie te laten groeien.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het op- en uitbouwen van relaties binnen het supermarkt kanaal, op hoofdkantoor niveau;
  • Onderhandelen en implementeren van de account jaarplannen om het Off-Trade supermarktenplan te realiseren;
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van het Off-Trade field team voor hun bezoeken bij de verschillende accounts;
  • Verhogen van de productiviteit en efficiëntie door logistieke en financiële processen te vergemakkelijken, bijv. prognose, EDI, DESADV, cash collection en het opzetten van nauwe samenwerking met customer service en finance.

Functie-eisen

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau in een commerciële richting;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Accountmanager binnen het supermarkt kanaal;
  • Commercieel sensitief, empathisch, goed ontwikkelde mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid;
  • Competitief en resultaatgericht ingesteld;
  • Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
