As Internal Sales you are responsible for a group of clients working in various segments such as Energy, Marine, HVAC and Industry. Some of them are located in other EU countries. You provide support to the customers within quotations, orders, documentation and after sales. Every day you work together with colleagues in Europe and Asia and form an important link between our head office in Denmark and our national and international customers. All with one goal, realizing customer growth and sales in the field of electric motors - Hoyer Motors.
The employment immediately starts with a training program at our head office in Hadsten, Denmark. Here you are trained to understand our work processes and technical aspect of the products. This gives you complete insight into a wide range of tasks in the sales department. You will also participate in training and sales meetings in Denmark that are held during the year.

Functie inhoud
Op de afdeling Customer Service komen dagelijks orders binnen via klanten, agenten en distributeurs. Daarnaast worden er grondstoffen besteld. Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je de spil tussen de klanten en interne afdelingen. Jouw doel: elke dag tevreden klanten! Wat maakt deze functie leuk? De afdeling bestaat uit 2 medewerkers en wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Customer Service. Je werkt samen met collega’s van diverse afdelingen, zoals Sales, Productie, Finance en Logistiek.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
• Aannemen en invoeren van verkooporders.
• Inkopen en voorraadbeheer productiegoederen.
• Het opstellen en uitbrengen van offertes.
• Organiseren van transport voor zowel binnen- als buitenland.
• Opstellen export-documentatie.
• Ondersteunen van de verkoop buitendienst/accountmanagers.
• Relatiebeheer en aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.
• Behandelen en oplossen van klachten.
Jouw profiel
• Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde relevante MBO opleiding.
• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Je hebt ervaring met logistiek: export en import zaken pak je zelfstandig op. Daarnaast heb je ervaring in (het ondersteunen bij) inkoop en verkoop.
• Je hebt ervaring met ERP software, bij voorkeur Exact.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Meer talen zijn een plus.
• Je bent administratief sterk, werkt zeer nauwkeurig en kunt goed overweg met Excel.
• Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig, zowel in contact met klanten als met collega’s.
• Je bent klant-, service- en oplossingsgericht, gaat zelfstandig te werk en kunt snel en effectief schakelen met behoud van overzicht.
• Je bent 3 tot 4 dagen per week beschikbaar, waarvan maandag en vrijdag als vaste dag.
