De functie:
Als marketing & communicatiemedewerker mag jij onder andere aan het werk met de groei van onze naamsbekendheid, het schrijven / redigeren van sterke teksten en beheer van de sociale media. Je werk speelt zich grotendeels online af, maar ook offline liggen er mooie uitdagingen op je te wachten.
Natuurlijk sta je er hier niet alleen voor. Je komt te werken op de afdeling marketing; een afdeling met verschillende specialisten die je graag ondersteunen vanuit hun eigen werkveld. Het enige wat nog ontbreekt in dit team is iemand met ervaring in (zakelijke) communicatie.
Je krijgt in deze functie de vrijheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe technieken toe te passen om zo onze positie in de markt verder te versterken. We groeien hard, hierbij vragen we veel van onze medewerkers, maar je krijgt er een hele mooie kans voor terug om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week (parttime is bespreekbaar). Je start met een tijdelijke overeenkomst die in de toekomst, bij goed functioneren, kan worden omgezet naar een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd. Het salaris is marktconform en afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding. Je komt te werken in ons marketingteam; bestaande uit een teamleider, SEA-specialist, SEO-specialist en een webshop-medewerker.
Natuurlijk krijg je de ruimte om je volledig te ontplooien en al je creatieve ideeën een platform te geven. Ook gelden er uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Denk aan 25 vakantiedagen, 12 atv-dagen (op basis van een fulltime aanstelling), een goede CAO én een prettige werksfeer.
Ons bedrijf:
Wij zijn De Isolatieshop. Een jonge, snel groeiende onderneming uit Zevenaar die zich compleet toelegt op het leveren van duurzame en betaalbare isolatiematerialen. Dit doen wij via onze webshop, maar ook via telefonische verkoop, onze buitendienst of persoonlijk aan klanten die bij ons komen afhalen. Wij groeien hierbij hard; dit heeft ons bijvoorbeeld al een 3e plek bij de FD Gazellen, een 4e plek in de CrossBorder top 30 en een notatie in de Twinkle100 opgeleverd.
Het assortiment bestaat uit isolatiemateriaal (zowel A-keus als B-keus), outlet-partijen en ons eigen unieke maatwerk (wij verlijmen en zagen ons eigen isolatiemateriaal). Het meeste wordt direct uit voorraad geleverd. Mede hierdoor zijn wij gespecialiseerd in het snel leveren van passende oplossingen voor ieder isolatie-vraagstuk aan particulieren en bedrijven.

Balie-Verkoopmedewerker

De Isolatieshop groeit! Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor de functie van Balie- Verkoopmedewerker.
De functie:
Als Balie-Verkoopmedewerker ben je hét visitekaartje van De Isolatieshop. Als de klant bij ons binnenkomt ben jij de persoon die de klant welkom heet en verder helpt. Je bent vooral bezig met het adviseren over en de verkoop van het uitgebreide assortiment isolatiematerialen. Je maakt offertes, hebt veelvuldig contact met klanten zowel telefonisch, per e-mail als face-to-face aan de verkoopbalie. Verder verzorg je de administratieve afhandeling van de orders en draag je zorg voor orde en netheid in de receptie/shop. Je werkt op een informele manier samen in een hecht team met verkopers in de binnen-en buitendienst, waar je altijd met je vragen terecht kunt. Verder heb je intensief contact met de collega’s van de logistieke en administratieve afdeling waarbij initiatieven voor verbeteringen op prijs worden gesteld.

Major Accountabilities
Analyze and understand customer insights/ needs, translating to optimal solutions;

Co-ordinate work and coach Key Account Managers across the Netherlands and support their needs while being in the field and alongside your team;

Establish own network of KOL and other stakeholders;
Initiate & develop (educational) projects, concepts, congresses/ symposia/ events to improve access to & quality of health care;
Primary contact for Sales Manager and Marketing department;
Required experience:
Strong commercial acumen
5 Years proven sales success within the medical devices industry for example in vascular or cardiovascular or similar
Fluency in Dutch with strong proficiency in spoken & written English.
Previous successful experience in managing/ coaching a team
Degree in Business, Life-sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant, advanced degree
Competent in Microsoft Office and preferable knowledge of CRM Systems
Presentation skills with modern presentation media
Team-working: demonstrate the ability to interact and collaborate with other team members in order to foster a positive, success-driven team spirit and entrepreneurial culture within the company. Proven track record with coaching a team in dynamic environment.
