Functie inhoud:

Als marketing & communicatiemedewerker mag jij onder andere aan het werk met de groei van onze naamsbekendheid, het schrijven / redigeren van sterke teksten en beheer van de sociale media. Je werk speelt zich grotendeels online af, maar ook offline liggen er mooie uitdagingen op je te wachten.

Je krijgt in deze functie de vrijheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe technieken toe te passen om zo onze positie in de markt verder te versterken. De functie:

Als Balie-Verkoopmedewerker ben je hét visitekaartje van De Isolatieshop. Als de klant bij ons binnenkomt ben jij de persoon die de klant welkom heet en verder helpt. Je bent vooral bezig met het adviseren over en de verkoop van het uitgebreide assortiment isolatiematerialen. Je maakt offertes, hebt veelvuldig contact met klanten zowel telefonisch, per e-mail als face-to-face aan de verkoopbalie. Verder verzorg je de administratieve afhandeling van de orders en draag je zorg voor orde en netheid in de receptie/shop. Je profiel:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO+ niveau.

  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift. Duits is een pré.
  • Je beschikt over een nauwkeurige werkhouding met gevoel voor cijfers, aantallen en detail.

Aan jou de taak snel te schakelen en de klant zo snel mogelijk op weg te helpen, door de juiste technicus voor deze klus te plannen. Ben jij de planner die wij zoeken?
Wat ga je doen als Technisch Planner?
Samen met jouw directe collega planner, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van een goede planning voor onze technici in de buitendienst, bestaande uit een team van 25 gemotiveerde medewerkers. Onze technici verzorgen de inbedrijfstelling, het onderhoud en verhelpen de storingen bij de klant. Doordat wij landelijk machines verkopen, zijn onze technici verspreid over Nederland. Zo kunnen zij ook snel bij onze klant zijn. Aan jou de taak de dagelijkse planning voor hen te maken, waarbij je direct schakelt met de klant. In deze functie heb je naast dat je veelvuldig met de technici schakelt ook veel contact met onze projectleiders en de afdeling spare parts, zodat de juiste onderdelen mee naar de klant gaan. Ook krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om te beslissen wat we factureren aan de klant of wij voor onze rekening nemen. In deze functie maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Service & Support.
Tot je taken behoren verder:
  • schakelen met zzp'ers of fabrikanten;
  • verwerken van informatie in ons ERP-systeem Relyon.

Wat vragen we van je als Technisch Planner?
Als technisch planner maak je zowel lange als korte termijnplanningen, waarin door spoed issues veranderingen kunnen plaatsvinden. Je bent dan ook in staat snel te schakelen en weet onze klant zo goed en zo snel mogelijk te helpen. Het bewaren van het overzicht is in deze functie dan ook van belang. Jouw affiniteit met machines en techniek gaat je in deze functie helpen, om te weten welke technicus onze klant het beste kan helpen. Als persoon ben je flexibel en weet je ad hoc werkzaamheden goed op te pakken. Van nature ben je communicatief en schakel je makkelijk met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
Verder vragen we:
  • een afgeronde mbo/mbo+ opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting;

Responsibilities
+ Responsible for providing supervision of the Field Service Engineers to ensure exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers

+ Provide clear and explicit guidance to team, peers and leadership on elements that may affect immediate operations or companywide policies
