Functieomschrijving
Voor onze opdrachtgever welke van origine een reclamebureau is, zijn wij op zoek naar een Content Publisher. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle ideeën (van content specialisten) worden omgezet in strakke pagina’s op de website. Jij werkt nauw samen met het content team, welke ook de content aanlevert. Verder ben je in staat om goed stakeholdermanagement te verrichten aangezien je moet inspelen op de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen van dit A-merk. Belangrijk is dat je secuur te werk gaat en goed georganiseerd kan werken. Jij moet er namelijk voor zorgen dat je op tijd de content aangeleverd krijgt zodat je het tijdig en volledig kan publiceren op de website.
Met jouw scherpe blik weet jij als geen ander hoe je het verhaal en beeld samenstelt op de websitepagina. Jij kunt duidelijk het visie overbrengen voor content publishing. Verder behoren tot jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Content publiceren;
  • Je kan met verschillende Content Management Systemen werken;
  • Je bent een organisatietalent; 
  • Beheert je eigen planning en behoudt het overzicht.

Profiel
Met de content die jij plaatst op de website weet jij de lezer zo te triggeren dat ze overgaan tot actie. Daarnaast bezit je over de volgende kwaliteiten;

  • Je hebt minimaal mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; 
  • Passie voor Digital World;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;

The Content Specialist is responsible for developing and driving the Digital product training and communication strategies in order to push the adoption and understanding of the Digital Selling products for all stakeholders. The Content Specialist will collaborate closely with the Digital Product and tech teams to enable smooth selling seasons 4 times a year. The focus will be to provide online training on a new version of the Digital Showroom to sales representatives and tech teams in multiple countries.
Responsibilities include:

  • Build and share targeted communication campaigns on digital product related topics (new features and developments, issues, deadlines, action points etc.)
  • Streamline communication flow from Digital Product towards all users and stakeholders (sales, divisions, tech);
  • Develop and execute the Digital Product training strategy to engage and inspire digital product users while bringing their digital selling skills to the next level;
  • Facilitate trainings on the digital selling tools for our stakeholders: sales teams, divisions, tech-support;
  • Develop and implement an onboarding and training framework to facilitate the adoption (including change management) of the upcoming digital selling products (Order Intake Tool, Account Management Tool);
  • Onboard sales users onto the updated Digital Showroom by providing change management sessions, trainings, support and dedicated communication campaigns;

Job Description

The Content Manager  will:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns in alignment with our marketing and content plan
