Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has at least a BA, BS, or BSN in areas of Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other life science discipline. Training in basic Regulatory Affairs is advantageous.

Experience and Skills:
  • Understand context ISO11979;
  • Experience within the medical device industry and knowledge of MDR regulatory requirements;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality regulatory compliance, adverse event reporting, medical device risk management processes, and common statistical methods are preferred;
  • Regulatory/Notified Body audit experience is preferred. MDR: Medical devices regulatory - experience (pharma background);
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excel proficiency;
  • Statistical Analysis (training can be provided).

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities and will perform the associated tasks to fulfil them:
•    Efficient and timely execution of routine activities like media preparation, multiplication and maintenance of stock plants, shipment etc;
•    Take part in processing different running projects e.g. embryo rescue, meristem culture, organogenesis;
•    Following process guidelines to achieve the best quality;
•    Assisting with Protocol applications and process execution;
•    Verbal and written report on progress;
•    Initiation of diagnostic testing by preparing and sending samples to diagnostic laboratory;
•    Supporting the Technology Application team with planning, organization, communication and administration.
Your profile
•    Vocational (or B.Sc.) degree in Life Sciences and/or Laboratory applications;
•    Proven experience with several of the techniques described above. Plant tissue culture experience is a plus;

You will be a technical subject matter expert on the Experlogix CPQ system and its platform(s).

Job Requirements

Candidates must have demonstrated work experience that includes a combination of the following skill set and experience:

  • Working knowledge of Web server platform technologies like IIS
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud and AWS IaaS environment experience
  • Working knowledge of server environments including Windows Server 2003 and above
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VirtualBox) is a plus
  • Experience analysing databases in SQL Server & Microsoft Access to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
  • Detail oriented, demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience reviewing server log files to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
  • Experience in DevOps including the design and automation of IaaS including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, websites, data services a plus
  • Enjoy communicating with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Customer focused with a drive for excellent customer satisfaction
  • High energy, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Wat ga je doen?
Als Service Technician van NIBE Energietechniek bezoek je onze (eind)klanten in Nederland op hun locatie voor het inbedrijfstellen, service en onderhoud plegen aan onze producten (voornamelijk warmtepompen). Daarnaast geef je klanten (gevraagd en ongevraagd) advies over het gebruik van de NIBE producten en over eventuele verbeteringen of uitbreidingen van hun installatie.
Je vindt het uitdagend om problemen te analyseren, te luisteren naar de wensen en behoeftes van de klanten en vervolgens pragmatische oplossingen aan te dragen. Kom je er even niet uit? Geen zorgen, je kunt altijd rekenen op back-up van je collega’s.
