Office Manager / Teamleider Administratie Wat je gaat doen In deze veelzijdige fulltime functie combineer je de rol van Teamleider Administratie met de rol van Office Manager. Samen met je collega’s van ons dynamische team verstuur je de inkooporders en verkooporderbevestigingen, verwerk je de verkoopfacturen en verzorg je de inkoopfacturatie. Daartoe maak je bijvoorbeeld leveranciers aan in ons ERP systeem en je voert indien nodig wijzigingen door voor de inkooporders. Ook communiceer je met klanten over vooruitbetalingen en verwerk je de vooruitbetalingen administratief. Je lost eventuele issues met inkoopfacturen op, maar ook het boeken van creditfacturen, inkoopretourorders en creditcardafschrijvingen behoren tot je werkzaamheden. Je zal veelvuldig contact hebben met (internationale) leveranciers inzake offertes, facturen en levertijden. TMS Senior Principal Consultant/ TMS Design Architect role:

  • Lead the delivery of Manhattan Transportation Management projects. Ensure the overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction and referencability.
  • Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter.
  • Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure, identify potential ‘optimization’ opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross function teams including Sales, Product Management and Marketing.


Minimum requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors equivalent degree in supply chain, logistics, computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
  • Experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization including 3PL, transportation area or TMS vendor or a final client company.
  • Up to 50 % travel required.
  • Consulting experience in transport management field (TMS).
  • Strong interest in technical field.
  • Good understanding of WMS (warehouse management systems) is a plus.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent English and other European languages desirable.

TMS Senior Principal Consultant/ TMS Design Architect role:

  • Lead the delivery of Manhattan Transportation Management projects. Ensure the overall success of an implementation from inception to installation, including managing project scope, design, deliverables, issue escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure the development of professional client relationships, client satisfaction and referencability.
  • Manage means by which to quantify metrics for success at go-live and thereafter.
  • Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and drive issues to closure, identify potential ‘optimization’ opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross function teams including Sales, Product Management and Marketing.


Minimum requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors equivalent degree in supply chain, logistics, computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
  • Experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization including 3PL, transportation area or TMS vendor or a final client company.
  • Up to 50 % travel required.
  • Consulting experience in transport management field (TMS).
  • Strong interest in technical field.

Als Teamleider stuur je als functioneel leidinggevende de 3 teams van Wonen in de Wijk aan (team Jagersdreef/De Burcht, team Meenkselaan en team Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning) onder de eindverantwoordelijkheid van de Clustermanager.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Clustermanager en Orthopedagoog.
Jij voert het vastgestelde personeelsbeleid uit en je coërdineert de dagelijkse gang van zaken voor het realiseren van de zorg. In jouw rol zorg je voor overzicht en leg je verantwoordelijkheid af over productie, budgetten, formatie, personeelsbezetting en zorginzet. Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van de teams, de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategisch en operationeel beleid binnen het cluster en de verdere ontwikkeling van de antroposofisch geënspireerde zorg. Wonen in de Wijk biedt zorg voor volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking. We geven begeleiding op praktisch en sociaal-emotioneel gebied waarbij de aard van toezicht en nabijheid is afgestemd op de locaties. De bewoners wonen in verschillende kleine woongroepen. Alle huizen zijn centraal gelegen in een rustige woonwijk in Driebergen. Overdag hebben onze bewoners dagbesteding of werk in de buurt.

Voor Wonen in de Wijk in Driebergen zoeken wij een Teamleider die het in zich heeft om overstijgend naar situaties te kijken ën in staat is om adhoc knelpunten aan te pakken.

Wat bieden wij?

We are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation expert(f/m/x) to further strengthen our Global Finance Team.

You are going to support the audibene finance team with your broad experience, your ideas and the motivation to make our company even more successful!

You will collaborate with a group of smart, dynamic, and extremely dedicated coworkers who are all passionate about their work.

Within our fast-international growth internal and external reporting is increasing in importance. We need your support in particular in the development and implementation of capital market-oriented management- and reporting based on IFRS.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly Group Consolidation and help to create external Group IFRS Financial statements
  • Participate in project work for the implementation of Financial Reporting system
  • Actively participate in monthly closing process including reviewing journal entries and reconciliation of accounts, including intercompany transactions
  • Support the adoption of IFRS standards and update of Accounting policies
  • Perform the timely creation of monthly Group Financial statements (in close coordination with Accounting, Tax and Controlling teams)
  • Provide variance analyses for actuals compared to budget, forecast and prior year for all reporting entities
  • Further development and standardization of finance related processes
  • Ad hoc requests and analysis

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor/ Master's degree in business administration or similar with emphasis on Accounting or finance or a related field
  • You have working experience in Finance or Group Accounting, ideally you have worked for a Big-4 audit company
  • You have excellent knowledge of IFRS
  • You are a delightful person with great analytical skills and attention to detail
  • You are very comfortable in an international environment
  • You have very good Excel skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal English skills, German is a plus

Office Manager / Teamleider Administratie Wat je gaat doen In deze veelzijdige fulltime functie combineer je de rol van Teamleider Administratie met de rol van Office Manager. Samen met je collega’s van ons dynamische team verstuur je de inkooporders en verkooporderbevestigingen, verwerk je de verkoopfacturen en verzorg je de inkoopfacturatie. Daartoe maak je bijvoorbeeld leveranciers aan in ons ERP systeem en je voert indien nodig wijzigingen door voor de inkooporders. Ook communiceer je met klanten over vooruitbetalingen en verwerk je de vooruitbetalingen administratief. Je lost eventuele issues met inkoopfacturen op, maar ook het boeken van creditfacturen, inkoopretourorders en creditcardafschrijvingen behoren tot je werkzaamheden. Je zal veelvuldig contact hebben met (internationale) leveranciers inzake offertes, facturen en levertijden.
