Jij voert het vastgestelde personeelsbeleid uit en je coërdineert de dagelijkse gang van zaken voor het realiseren van de zorg. In jouw rol zorg je voor overzicht en leg je verantwoordelijkheid af over productie, budgetten, formatie, personeelsbezetting en zorginzet. Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van de teams, de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategisch en operationeel beleid binnen het cluster en de verdere ontwikkeling van de antroposofisch geënspireerde zorg. Hierbij heb je de focus op continuëteit en kwaliteit van zorg.
Je zult actief contacten onderhouden en initiëren om het aanbod van Wonen in de Wijk verder uit te bouwen. De maatschappelijke ondersteuning richt zich op de regio Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
Daarnaast ben je de contactpersoon voor externe partijen en ben je het aanspreekpunt m.b.t. locatiebeheer; staat van onderhoud, brandveiligheid, HACCP, meubilair, alarmering, etc.
Wonen in de Wijk biedt zorg voor volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking. We geven begeleiding op praktisch en sociaal-emotioneel gebied waarbij de aard van toezicht en nabijheid is afgestemd op de locaties. De bewoners wonen in verschillende kleine woongroepen. Alle huizen zijn centraal gelegen in een rustige woonwijk in Driebergen. Overdag hebben onze bewoners dagbesteding of werk in de buurt.
Voor Wonen in de Wijk in Driebergen zoeken wij een Teamleider die het in zich heeft om overstijgend naar situaties te kijken ën in staat is om adhoc knelpunten aan te pakken.
