Onze opdrachtgever is groeiende en het aantal verschillende producten en productiehoeveelheden nemen toe. Als Supply Chain Planner zorg jij dat de bestelde materialen op tijd worden besteld en binnenkomen, productiematerialen op tijd verstuurd worden naar de productielocatie in Slovakije, en dat eindproducten van goede kwaliteit weer op tijd in het magzijn beschikbaar zijn om vervolgens naar klanten wereldwijd verstuurd te kunnen worden.

Op basis van de verkoopverwachting plan jij de gehele pijplijn die voor de verkoop uit gaat; van eindproducten op voorraad, naar het assemblageplan tot de tijdige bestelling van onderdelen bij de diverse (veelal buitenlandse) leveranciers. In het systeem zijn alle benodigde componenten met de bestelgegevens van een product geregistreerd. Je houdt zicht op de voorraden en uitleveringen uit de productie. Daarnaast zorg jij er ook voor dat de kwaliteitsregistratie op orde is.

Kortom jij gaat het volgende doen:

• Op basis van de verkoopverwachtingen bepaal jij de productie behoefte
• Dit vertaal je via de materiaallijsten (BOM) weer tot de onderdelenbehoefte voor de assemblage
• Aan de hand van de huidige voorraden bestel jij het benodigde materiaal en inkooponderdelen tegen de juiste prijs, juiste kwaliteit en juiste leverdatum
• Vervolgens houd je intensief contact met de toeleveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten op tijd binnenkomen
• Je houdt contact met onze assemblage leverancier over de productievoortgang en benodigde matieralen
• Je controleert of de binnengekomen facturen overeenkomen met jouw inkoopopdrachten en geeft deze vrij voor betaling als jij vindt dat de leverancier aan de eisen voldaan heeft
• Je plant de werkzaamheden in voor het magazijn zodat zij precies weten waar zij hun energie op moeten richten
• Je voorziet je collega's van het magazijn en verkoop van de informatie waar hun behoefte aan hebben
• Je signaleert leverproblemen, loste deze problemen op en communiceert dit intern
• Je neemt initiatief en doet voorstellen ter verbetering

Jij bent iemand die zaken tot de bodem uitzoekt en direct de telefoon pakt als je iets voor elkaar wilt krijgen of ergens zeker van wilt zijn. Je houdt van een planmatige aanpak en laat niet iets tot morgen liggen omdat het vandaag gedaan moet zijn. Kortom, je vindt het heerlijk om de touwtjes in handen te nemen en zaakjes goed te regelen en geniet ervan dat je mensen echt verder kunt helpen met heldere informatie en overzicht.

Functie-eisen:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau in een technische/commerciële omgeving 
• Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring binnen de Supply Chain
• Je kan goed overweg met Excel
• Je staat je mannetje en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Je bent stressbestendig en accuraat
• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent proactief
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Chinese taal is een pre

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who enjoys creating solutions to complex problems, who will be responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, implement, manage and enhance supply chain processes. What you can expect as a Supply Chain Analyst:

• Gather and interpret relevant data at the warehouse location, including inventory levels, demand patterns, warehouse capacity, costs and productivity
• Review inventory levels of packaging materials and works with suppliers to bring in replenishment supplies in a near JIT cadence
• Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities based on processing throughput of the site
• Monitor quality and service compliance of carriers and other logistics service providers
• Investigate problems, finds root causes, develops and implements solutions
• Lead weekly meetings with key suppliers to review actual performance, estimate future demand and resolve operational issues
• Identify local supply sources for materials and negotiates service agreements
• Develop periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
• Provide analytical support for projects including:  System implementations, site storage solutions, market expansions, geographical expansions, new business opportunities, packaging materials sourcing proposals and cost reduction initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

The role

As a logistics coordinator, you will be vital in our customer success journey. You will love to work with accuracy and efficiency and manage the distribution and logistics process to ensure our customers are getting their deliveries right first time. This role supports domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities will include

• Coordinates and consolidates domestic and international shipments under moderate supervision
• Interprets laws, rules and regulations regarding shipping and prepares applications for import/export control certifications and licenses
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the shipment from the supplier to the customer throughout the distribution process
• Works with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met based on Planning and Transport activities
• Coordinates and manages offline shipments
• Coordinate (pro-actively) daily expedite requests
• Ensure timely ERP transactions
• Managing the daily shipping exceptions from carriers to (end-)customers and provide PODs
• Coordinate and monitor incoming replenishment shipments from factory to EMEA DCs
• Planning and managing high value instrument and/or consumables shipments from DCs to customers, and coordinating timely collections and deliveries
• Managing daily centralized email account department 

Preferred background, skills and experience

• Experience preparing (export) shipping documents, coordinating international shipments
• Experience in working with an ERP system preferred, SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other applications which are frequently used within the organization
• Basic knowledge of inventory planning and Logistics processes on local level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Familiar with ISO regulated environment preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication (English required, Dutch preferred),
• Ability to interface well with cross-functional departments
• Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments with minimal supervision.  Able to escalate opportunities as needed.
