Signify Maarheeze is the sole supplier of (chemical) components to conventional lighting applications. Although the inroad of LED products have an impact, the conventional lighting business has a strategic value to Signify. Next to that, Signify Maarheeze is investing in new business opportunities (e.g. supplying to 3D Printing business) to create a future proof business. Over the past couple of years these new business opportunities have been growing rapidly and currently contributing to 25% of our business value.
As a supply chain planner you’ll be responsible for efficient and effective supply. Together with your colleagues within our supply chain team you will ensure material flow and maximize service to our customers. You are multi-skilled and you can operate in supply planning, production planning and customer service.

Source raw materials and interface with suppliers to monitor in time delivery; Maintain relationship with suppliers contributing to long term relationships.
Support and back-up the customer service officer. You will be in contact with our global customers about orders and order status. You will be invoicing and documenting global shipments.
Support and back-up the production planner. You will align sourcing plans with production plans and you will be capable to step-in in times of absence.
You will be using problem solving skills to counter problems and prevent those for recurring in future. You will document those improvements in standardized work.
You will be leading improvement projects to maximize service, optimize flow, maximize standardization and improve digitization.
At least a Bachelor degree OR a MBO degree + at least 5 years of working experience.
You are a team player and you take ownership over team performance objectives. You have your own set of tasks and objectives and still you are ready to step in and support your colleague. You are able of multi-task and maintain helicopter view.
You have a track record within supply chain roles and you are multi-skilled. You have ambition to learn lagging capabilities.

Onze opdrachtgever is groeiende en het aantal verschillende producten en productiehoeveelheden nemen toe. Als Supply Chain Planner zorg jij dat de bestelde materialen op tijd worden besteld en binnenkomen, productiematerialen op tijd verstuurd worden naar de productielocatie in Slovakije, en dat eindproducten van goede kwaliteit weer op tijd in het magzijn beschikbaar zijn om vervolgens naar klanten wereldwijd verstuurd te kunnen worden.
Op basis van de verkoopverwachting plan jij de gehele pijplijn die voor de verkoop uit gaat; van eindproducten op voorraad, naar het assemblageplan tot de tijdige bestelling van onderdelen bij de diverse (veelal buitenlandse) leveranciers. In het systeem zijn alle benodigde componenten met de bestelgegevens van een product geregistreerd. Je houdt zicht op de voorraden en uitleveringen uit de productie. Daarnaast zorg jij er ook voor dat de kwaliteitsregistratie op orde is.

This role supports domestic and international shipments.
