HybridE software Engineer, wat is dat?

MA-IT biedt je de unieke kans om je verder te ontwikkelen naar een functie met toekomst. Als Medior Hybride Software Engineer neem je programmeer kennis van .NET/C++/C# of python mee de industriële automatisering in. Je ziet je software tot leven komen in diverse productielijnen. Je komt te werken op ons kantoor in Almere of op locatie bij de klant op de meest afwisselende projecten. We hebben een bijna onbeperkt opleidingsbudget, zodat jij je kunt blijven door ontwikkelen.

DIT IS WAT JE GAAT DOEN

De productieomgeving wordt steeds meer geïntegreerd in de kantooromgeving. Vanuit een ERP-systeem worden opdrachten omgezet naar een MES-systeem, waarmee de orders op de diverse productielijnen worden ingepland. Daarnaast wordt data ontsluiting uit machines, voor predictive maintenance, kwaliteitsbewaking etc., steeds belangrijker in het moderne productieproces.

Op het koppelvlak tussen deze technieken opereert de Hybride Software Engineer. Als Hybride Software Engineer zit je tussen de Industriële Automatisering/Robotica en de kantoor Automatisering in, waardoor je het beste van deze werelden mee krijgt.

Je gaat je verdiepen in de nieuwste technieken en deelt deze kennis intern en extern ook met de andere engineers. Want kennis delen is bij MA-IT erg belangrijk. Door in verschillende sectoren voor diverse klanten van ons aan de slag te gaan, zal je veel variatie in je werk ervaren. Hierbij heb je altijd het team van MA-IT op de achtergrond, waarmee je een hechte band creëert.

Werkzaamheden

  • Je gaat werken met hogere programmeertalen, .NET/C++/C# of python
  • Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen op het gebied van IA, IT en Robotica
  • Je communiceert met PLC-systemen, SCADA of HMI’s die de productielijnen besturen

Apollo Agriculture is seeking a Software Engineer to help us change how African farmers access credit, customized advice, and farm inputs at radical scale. The software engineer will be responsible for contributing to our core software systems. We use software throughout all the operations of our company. From marketing to lending, from repayment to credit rating, we’re constantly automating and improving pieces of our company. We use Scala and Postgresql on the backend and develop our frontends for Android and React.  Apollo Agriculture uses satellite data, machine learning, and mobile phones to help African farmers increase their production from current levels (~650 kg/acre) to U.S. levels (~4500 kg/acre). We are a team of software engineers, data scientists, economists, and operators with deep experience from The Climate Corporation, One Acre Fund, Google, and ACRE.
