Over de functie van Sales Support Medewerker
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met je directe collega’s van het Customer Contact Center, je werkt samen met ongeveer 25 gedreven collega’s.
In deze sales support functie ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze klanten, leveranciers en de interne organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
  • het vastleggen van informatie in ons systeem;

  • Het contract (prijs)beheer;

Wat heb je daar voor nodig?
Je hebt een afgeronde MBO/HBO opleiding aangevuld met werkervaring in een sales support functie. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je proactief bent, je initiatief neemt en zelfstandig kan werken. Het wordt erg gewaardeerd als je met verbetervoorstellen komt. Je bent stressbestendig, je leert snel en ziet snel verbanden. Daarnaast beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en de Engelse taal goed. Bij voorkeur heb je een goede kennis van SAP en Excel omdat je daar dagelijks mee werkt.

Responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets from an assigned geographic territory for Charles River safety assessment services. with Focus on the Crops and Chemicals portfolio.
The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to the sales cycle supporting our overall sales organization while acting as the front line to our Customer Experience. This is a home based position.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
+ Work with management to prepare and implement a comprehensive territory management plan to identify new target accounts and target opportunities within assigned geographic region.
+ Gather and organize data on potential customers in your designated geographic region.
+ Handle assigned inbound client calls, or emails, qualify leads and provide timely response to the potential client.
+ Develop and qualify account leads through territory prospecting and frequent outbound virtual customer contact (phone call, video call etc.)
+ Build relationships with customers to influence the acceptance and use of company services.
+ Communicate available services and inform customers of new services in a timely manner.

Voor een gezellige informele organisatie uit Veghel zijn wij op zoek naar een gezellige en commerciële medewerker Sales Support. Het bedrijf produceert en ontwikkelt diersupplementen. Hier kun je denken aan geneesmiddelen, ontsmettingsmiddelen, nutriënten voor de veehouderij en wederdealers. In totaal schakel je met een groot internationaal netwerk in meer dan 80! verschillende landen. Je zal voornamelijk contact hebben met de vaste distributeurs en klanten. De producten worden ontwikkeld, gemaakt en gedistribueerd onder één dak in Veghel.
Als medewerker Sales Support is een tevreden klant jouw hoofddoel! Je bent bezig met het invoeren van verkooporders en je houdt de klant op de hoogte over het orderproces. Je schakelt direct met de klant en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste bestellingen bij hun terecht komen. Daarnaast spreek jij ook een aardig woordje Engels en bij voorkeur nog een buitenlandse taal meer. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve proces en zorgt ervoor dat dit probleemloos gebeurt. Je ondersteunt het commerciële team en de office manager. Je bent klantgericht, neemt snel besluiten en handelt proactief. Daarnaast vind je het ook fijn om samen te werken, te lachen op zijn tijd en nieuwe dingen te leren. Het is belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen, nauwkeurig werkt en communicatief sterk bent. Na de coronacrisis zullen er nog meer taken aan je pakket worden toegevoegd zoals het organiseren, ondersteunen en plannen van onder andere beurzen en bedrijfsbezoeken.

  • Een tweede buitelandse taal is een pré

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt te werken bij een organisatie dat zich al 20 jaar inzet voor een beter leven in de veehouderij en agricultuur. Het bedrijf produceert, ontwikkelt en distribueert dierengeneesmiddelen wereldwijd. Binnen de organisatie zijn er meer dan 50 personen werkzaam in Veghel. Jij komt te werken op de commerciële afdeling met /- 10 directe collega's. Hen ga je dan ook ondersteunen. Binnen de organisatie zijn korte lijntjes waardoor je ook snel kunt schakelen met de directie of de productmanager. Iedereen binnen het bedrijf wordt gewaardeerd en er heerst weinig hiërarchie.
