9)Contribute to Benelux Business and Product Strategy including analysis of competitive products, selling techniques, market trends, internal technical capabilities, and e-business initiatives. Recommends product/service modifications and/or improvements based on findings of marketing, sales and technical research
10)Contribute actively in the development of strategies and plans for Benelux to:
a)Maximize sale of core products.
b)Identify and secure new business opportunities and products.
c)Develop new Partnerships, including dedicated segment oriented distributors
d)Optimise and increase total geographic sales coverage throughout the region
8)Develop Managerial level relationships with key Distributors in Benelux, and routinely conducts Distributor visits

What do our Sales internships involve?
Within the Sales department in the Netherlands, we have three possible internship positions, all located in our headquarters in Utrecht:

  • Sales Retail
  • E-Commerce
  • Sales AFH
As a Sales Retail intern, you will be working daily on forging and strengthening collaborative partnerships with 3 different customer buying groups: Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Superunie, which represent 15 retailers in the Netherlands. You will be supporting the retail sales department in the development and rollout of our retail sales plans at all 3 buying groups. A crucial part of your support is analyzing the customer data through SiS (AH), 7even (Jumbo) and Nielsen (all customers) to track our performance and gain relevant insights on the impact of the initiatives we play. Based on these insights we will review and adapt our plans accordingly. Your customer data analysis input will be essential in the creation and tracking of the yearly customer plans. Besides analyses, you will contribute to implementing (tailor made) activations both in-store and on e-commerce, performing physical store checks to spot new innovations, trends & opportunities at our retailers, and supporting the team in multi-disciplinary projects for which connecting with other departments is key.
As an e-Commerce intern, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our industry, including what, how and where we buy. In this role, you will report to an eCommerce account manager and work closely with the different sales teams, brand managers, digital marketeers and eCommerce counterparts at our retailers. A very important responsibility is improving and maintaining the perfect e-Store strategy for our brands at all eCommerce platforms. This means that you will get full ownership of certain projects and processes in order to help improve this strategy.Also, you will be continuously searching for the latest eCommerce trends by doing weekly retail checks. You will focus on analyzing eCommerce activities (e.g. promotions) at different retailers, gain insights and present the recommendations to the sales teams. This is often followed by participating in projects to enhance PepsiCo’s visibility on the retailers’ webpages. Therefore, you will collaborate with established retailers such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo, PLUS, Delhaize (BE), Colruyt (BE) and wholesalers such as Sligro and Bidfood, but also with new innovative and online only partners such as Picnic & Amazon.   • Communicates clearly in Dutch and has a good knowledge of English.
  • A flexible team player with a solution-oriented attitude who likes variety and proceed independently
  • Previous experience in air handling renovation is an advantage

Wat ga je doen?
Als Sales Recruiter maakt je onderdeel uit van een gedreven sales team. Je krijgt energie van koude prospectie en je bent altijd klaar om een overtuigende sales pitch te houden!
Het is jouw taak om dé match te maken tussen specialist en organisatie op de finance markt. Je doet marktonderzoek, schrijft vacatures en je gebruikt verschillende tools en technieken om jouw specialist werkzaam te stellen bij de klant. Dan klinkt als een uitzendbureau, maar dat zijn wij niet. Doormiddel van koude prospectie (via de telefoon) benaderen wij specialisten en (grote) bedrijven. Jij bent de persoon die de specialist ervan overtuigen dat jij hen de droombaan bezorgd en de klant moet jij overtuigen dat jij dé perfecte werknemer voor hun hebt gevonden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het gehele proces zo soepel mogelijk verloopt met maar één doel: De deal closen voor het hoogst mogelijke bedrag. Natuurlijk is er ook nog de after sales, maar natuurlijk is het eerst tijd om de Champagne er bij de pakken en de deal met je collega's te vieren.
Wat kan je (van ons) verwachten?
Als je bij ons begint, krijg je een op maat gesneden traineeship die eindigt op het moment dat jij drie deals hebt gedaan. Met persoonlijke begeleiding van een salesmanager en een hoop trainingen, proberen wij jou zo snel mogelijk om te toveren tot een professionele sales recruiter.
Je kan bij ons snel (internationaal) carrière maken, in een goede maand kan er een bedrag met vier nullen op jouw rekening worden bijgeschreven en we hebben de meest legendarische feesten, team uitjes en incentives. Dat klinkt natuurlijk allemaal fantastisch, maar deze job is dit niet voor iedereen weggelegd. wat ga je doen? 

Als sales en account adviseur voor Randstad Transport weet je wat onze belangrijkste prospects zijn en waar onze chauffeurs het liefste zouden willen werken. Het is aan jou om deze binnen te halen! Een uitdagende functie waarin je alle ruimte krijgt om je te ontwikkelen als sales op landelijk niveau. Dat betekent meer verantwoordelijkheden, grotere klanten en dus grotere successen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de landelijke sales in de transportsector. Daarnaast ben je ook accountverantwoordelijk voor vijf landelijke accounts waarvoor jij het aanspreekpunt bent van a tot z.

Responsibilities
1)Align the Benelux Distribution strategy and policies to the European Management defined Distribution guidelines and model
2)Coordinate and directly manage activities to promote sales and support of products and solutions through Distribution Network, with Regional Sales leaders and in cooperation with Marketing
