This assignment is for an Electrical Engineer (electronic system of opto-mechatronic products) responsible for work in the development of new customer specific products. This person will be a member of core electronics design team. The projects are often different from project to project throughout the year. In each project, this person will be a part of a development team, which would include Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, Systems Engineers and lab technicians. Creativity in problem solving, innovation in solutions developed, and teamwork are critical attributes for success in this assignment. The successful candidate will work closely within the engineering team, the project team, off-site Methode production facilities, and sales.

As Customer Service & Sales (CSS) Representative you are the contact point for our customers. You are able to speak to customers from all kinds of different countries, such that orders, questions and any complaints from customers are accepted, answered and handled. This includes the administrative processing in the systems and the provision of reports. With this you contribute to ensuring that customer satisfaction is high and remains high. You also support Sales with their commercial activities, you are proactive, ensure that the status of the customer is discussed with those involved and, if necessary, develops specific customer actions in cooperation with Sales. Due to the international nature of our sales activities, you will be able to use your language skills.
