Responsibilities
+ Responsible for providing supervision of the Field Service Engineers to ensure exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers
+ Coach, mentor and lead team into a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement, and principles of engagement to drive and deliver results.
+ Provide clear and explicit guidance to team, peers and leadership on elements that may affect immediate operations or companywide policies
+ Set and manage team objectives/goals in alignment with overarching plans and strategies developed
+ Effectively manage and partner with HR to deliver team effectiveness through engagement
+ Implementation and installation of systems at customer sites. Working closely with the applications team, sales team and project managers. This may include planning, IT liaison
+ Provide emergency service and repairs and on request also Preventative Maintenance as requested by customers.
+ Liaising with customer IT departments and assisting with information systems installations and troubleshooting.
+ Maintenance and accuracy of assigned inventory.
+ Supporting marketing activities such as exhibitions.
+ Assisting the Field Service Manager with sales and application support for customer inquiries and business tender responses
+ Work closely with the Technical Field Support group with new product introductions.
+ Promote service agreements to customers.
+ Ensure own administrative tasks are complete on time and as needed support the team giving guidance on items such as: Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Reports, Internal Laboratory Reports, Equipment Checklists, RGA Forms.
+ Work effectively as part of the leadership team, this may include communicating and meeting with customers addressing service issues, concerns and questions then liaising with customer facing teams to implement solutions.
+ Assist the Field Service Manager as needed with call escalation, technical support and administrative duties.
+ Monitors and reports to FSM on progress of tasks/projects assigned to FSE’s.
+ Monitor and assist in the development of new hires with Co-travel to Conduct on-the-job trainings to FSEs on all aspects of field operation;
+ Assist with area management in FSM absence.
Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in each of the following areas of knowledge and skills.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
+ Technical proficiency servicing instruments in the field, and a general knowledge of corporate related processes and disciplines.
+ Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

•    As a second line IT-support behind our key users, you will support our customers in working with applications like web shop and apps. Answering helpdesk questions and solving incidents are part of the daily work.
•    The customer applications do extensively interface within our complete application landscape. It’s your task to oversee and troubleshot this interfaces. These interfaces are build up of connections using API’s, web services to our backend systems.
•    You will work with the suppliers to manage the development and perform IT-tests on new functionality that has been developed.
•    You stay on close contact with our suppliers from the different applications to ensure availability & correct response on incidents in order to maintain a stable environment.
•    You will assist Key users in doing acceptance testing of new functionality.
Your profile
•    Analytical mindset with hands-on on details as well as helicopter view.
•    You have knowledge of and experience with modern Web platforms, Web services, Low Code & API’s.

De afdeling Online Sales - Service Centre zal zowel actief zijn bij bestaande klanten als ook bij nieuwe klanten die jij met raad en daad bij gaat staan.
Hoe gaan we dat doen? Met jouw hulp!
Wat ga je doen?
  • Het op een kundige wijze te woord staan van (nieuwe) klanten met een doel een 9+ waardering te scoren. Dit doe je door de klant te adviseren over de beste oplossing voor zijn/haar vraag, maar ook het ondersteunen van de klant om orders zelf in de webshop te plaatsen.
  • Het valideren van nieuwe klanten door middel van voeren eerste feedbackgesprek en het vastleggen daarvan. Dit doe je door via diverse scripts feedback te vragen van klanten op basis van de levering of de klantbehoefte. Kwaliteit van het gesprek staat centraal.
  • Meewerken aan continue verbetering rondom validatie van data, het verbeteren van de scripts voor de gesprekken en het verbeteren van de customer journey door het uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten.

Wat vragen wij van jou?
Het gaat hier om een stevige functie waar minimaal afgeronde MBO4 opleiding in een commerciële richting of een HBO-studie gevraagd wordt. Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van een ervaren team dat met verschillende marktbewerkingsconcepten aan de slag gaat.   • Implementation of the visions and ideas of the operating company in the Dutch market

Wat houdt Medewerk(st)er Customer Service bij Creemers in?

Als Medewerk(st)er Customer Service stel je offertes van onderhoudscontracten, reparaties, revisies en fixed price preventieve onderhoudsbeurten op en verwerk je deze aan de hand van aanvragen of gesprekken met dealers en/of eindklanten. Hiermee draag je bij aan het realiseren van de commerciële doelstellingen en een zo hoog mogelijke professionaliteit van de organisatie. Ook zorg je dat vragen van klanten beantwoord worden over bestaande of lopende contracten.

Verder ondersteun je de Inside Service Sales Representative en de Service Manager bij het uitwerken van complexe aanvragen. En onderzoek je prijsopgaven van benodigde onderdelen voor onderhoudscontracten en reparaties welke niet standaard vanuit de fabriek leverbaar zijn.

Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de producten die retour worden gestuurd en verwerk je veranderingen in de installed base.

Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Service Manager.

Wie zijn wij?

Creemers Compressors B.V. is werkzaam binnen de compressortechniek en verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, installatie en service van en aan compressoren en hieraan gerelateerde persluchtequipment en onderdelen. Creemers voert naast haar eigen merk ook de merken ABAC en CP. Binnen Creemers zijn ca. 30 personen werkzaam.

De Serviceafdeling houdt zich bezig met Marketing, Sales, Operations en Technical Support aan bedrijfseigen producten en concurrenten bij klanten in Nederland van correctief en preventief onderhoud tot en met complete servicecontracten.

Binnen de productgroep Immunologie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren tijdelijke kracht in het team. Immunologie is een van de strongholds van Janssen voor de aankomende jaren met indicaties in reumatologie, dermatologie en MDL. Specifiek voor onze reumatologische indicatie van het product Tremfya zijn we op zoek naar een collega die een jaar lang de reumatologen gaat bezoeken in heel Nederland.
Als Product Specialist heb je de opdracht om relaties met klanten (clinical en non-clinical stakeholders) op te bouwen, te verdiepen en te onderhouden. Je wordt als een betrouwbare en deskundige gesprekspartner wordt ervaren met de beste en meest recente kennis over ziektebeelden, therapieën en geneesmiddelen met betrekking tot de functie en markten, met als doel dat onze geneesmiddelen optimaal worden ingezet, passend binnen het label en in lijn met de keuze van de therapie van de behandelaar.
Je stelt zelf een efficiënt en resultaatgericht account salesplan op om je dagelijkse bezoeken en activiteiten te ondersteunen. Je stuurt dit accountplan regelmatig bij en je bent de ‘regisseur’ van je regio; dat wil zeggen, je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s. Je planning skills helpen je om je bezoeken goed voor te bereiden en je product succesvol te laten groeien, in lijn met het geïntegreerde marketing en salesplan.
Als Product specialist maak je deel uit van een nationaal Customer Facing team, dat gericht is op 1 product line. Je rapporteert aan de Account & Sales Manager.

We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde ervaren product specialist met hoge drive en dynamiek en kennis van de ziekenhuissector met in het bijzonder kennis van de immunologie markt. Naast je HBO- of academische opleiding (commercieel, bedrijfskundig of bio-/para-medisch) en werkervaring ben je vooral heel leergierig, in staat om met vele verschillende interne en externe stakeholders te communiceren en resultaatgericht.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een farmaceutische sales functie en een bewezen netwerk binnen Reumatologie. Daarnaast kun jij zelfstandig je werk plannen en uitvoeren maar werk je ook graag in een team. Je legt gemakkelijk contact en spreekt zowel vloeiend Nederlands als Engels.

The Sales Support Manager will manage the proposal process with the relevant service/product/business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process together with sales and delivery. The Sales Support Manager is typically responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition/strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, and risk management. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. This is a flexible role with an approximately 70% performing direct service activities on Hologic products in the field and a 30% Leadership role supporting the Field Service Manager in providing exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers.


The role is situational and reactive so may be 100% service as the daily needs of our customers change or &;gt;30% Leadership on other occasions. Travel within country and region is required.


Responsibilities


+ Responsible for providing supervision of the Field Service Engineers to ensure exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers

+ Coach, mentor and lead team into a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement, and principles of engagement to drive and deliver results.

+ Provide clear and explicit guidance to team, peers and leadership on elements that may affect immediate operations or companywide policies

+ Set and manage team objectives/goals in alignment with overarching plans and strategies developed

+ Effectively manage and partner with HR to deliver team effectiveness through engagement

+ Implementation and installation of systems at customer sites. Working closely with the applications team, sales team and project managers. This may include planning, IT liaison

+ Monitor and assist in the development of new hires with Co-travel to Conduct on-the-job trainings to FSEs on all aspects of field operation;
