The Challenge

  • Proactive, motivated commercial candidate with Bsc/Msc level in Marketing, International Business Administration, Business Economics, Technology or Sciences
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B)
  • Affinity with commodity markets (soft & hard trading), Engineering and EHS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • German and Dutch communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a plus

Fonction

 Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets by motivating and coaching the team of Account Managers (4), one specification sales lead (1) and the Internal Sales team
  • At the start you will also work as Account Manager for East- and West-Flanders and North of Brussels. In this role you will promote the Aliaxis products towards existing customers (wholesalers, resellers, project developers,…) and new potential clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from several departments: Customer Service, Shipping, After Sales, Marketing and Controlling.
  • Report directly to the CEO

Key Qualifications 
  • Master or Bachelor in economics, communication, marketing or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in a senior commercial function
  • Interest or affinity with the Aliaxis products
  • Ambitious, dynamic and result oriented
  • You speak Dutch, English and French

Administratie 
Om te zorgen dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt, zorg jij voor een goed rooster. Je deelt de teams in en plant de werklocaties in. Daarnaast maak jij een weekvoorspelling van de scores en zorgt dat deze behaald worden!
Recruitment 
Je werft nieuwe collega’s voor je team, maar daar blijft het niet bij! Je voert namelijk ook de sollicitatiegesprekken en zo kan jij je team helemaal zelf opbouwen.
Sales

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for our Logistics and Sales Operations Manager, ultimately responsible for execution of day-to-day operations and logistics, on-boarding of new fulfillment partners, fulfillment automation, capacity and load factor optimization and ensuring the highest quality of operations to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.


Your primary focus will be to handle installations and shipments in a quick and cost efficient manner by liaising with our logistics partners and sales to ensure a successful transport and delivery of our machines. You will also provide the sales team with the necessary product specifications and content to sell our machines and keep that information up to date in our CRM and on our website.


You have excellent operations management skills, a background in logistics or mechanical engineering, and you are fluent in German and English. A basic understanding of business-to-business relationships rounds up your profile.

The Challenge

  • As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the ammonia and/or industrial product accounts in North-West Europe
  • You will develop, implement and monitor the progress of the yearly industrial products sales plan, in line with the business strategy
  • You will ensure and maintain effective relations with existing and potential customers in Europe and ensure the realisation of adequate financial processes and other after care issues (e.g. customer complaints, cash management)
  • You will actively acquire new business by detecting and following up on business opportunities, preparing tenders and negotiating contracts and conditions
  • You identify and collect relevant information about market developments and legislation, identify new trends, in order to detect opportunities and threats for the company and to anticipate them adequately
  • You participate in projects and execute business cases that contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the industrial products business
  • Proactive, motivated commercial candidate with Bsc/Msc level in Marketing, International Business Administration, Business Economics, Technology or Sciences
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B)
  • Affinity with commodity markets (soft & hard trading), Engineering and EHS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • German and Dutch communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a plus
  • Ownership of your accounts and relationships
  • Customer focused and long-term relation oriented
  • Excellent negotiation style and skills
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
