A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you present and sell #Aortic products and services to current and potential clients. We expect you to be able to learn and comprehend complex medical and scientific information, maximize client brand, achieve daily sales call activities and client deliverables by gaining access to decision makers and influencing product usage. Working together with hospitals on optimization of care. And next to that, driving strategic growth on workingand investing on partnerships. Achieving sales revenue and profit targets by building account relationships, managing account potentials and coordinating sales support activities is key.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our leadership position in the Netherlands. You will meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market. In this position you will perform a variety of tasks in the field of selling support. Among other things you will analyze the market place and develop an effective sales strategy. Your job includes all activities to maximize sales from product introduction and presentation, implant support, contract negotiation, for which you will identify and address all key decision makers and opinion leaders. For this, you acquire and maintain knowledge on new products, technologies, markets, sales tools and processes.
Responsibilities
• Achieving revenue and profit targets within assigned region and product scope;

• Working together with Hospital managers, Purchaser departments, Vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, physician assistents;
• Identifying and develop account potentials, account segmentation planning;
• Developing account sales strategy and planning according account segmentation concept with long-, medium- and short-term perspective;
• Identifying and facilitating market development opportunities and encouraging collaborations on specific projects;
• Supporting business focus on Value Based Healthcare;
• Negotiating contract and terms, closing deals, contract follow up;
• Maintaining compliance to business processes, cycle count management;
• Operational execution of strategy plan;
• Support Aortic procedures in the hospitals.

As Customer Service & Sales (CSS) Representative you are the contact point for our customers. Medewerk(st)er Customer Service - 40 uur per week
Wat houdt Medewerk(st)er Customer Service bij Creemers in?
Als Medewerk(st)er Customer Service stel je offertes van onderhoudscontracten, reparaties, revisies en fixed price preventieve onderhoudsbeurten op en verwerk je deze aan de hand van aanvragen of gesprekken met dealers en/of eindklanten. Hiermee draag je bij aan het realiseren van de commerciële doelstellingen en een zo hoog mogelijke professionaliteit van de organisatie. Ook zorg je dat vragen van klanten beantwoord worden over bestaande of lopende contracten.
Verder ondersteun je de Inside Service Sales Representative en de Service Manager bij het uitwerken van complexe aanvragen. En onderzoek je prijsopgaven van benodigde onderdelen voor onderhoudscontracten en reparaties welke niet standaard vanuit de fabriek leverbaar zijn.
Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de producten die retour worden gestuurd en verwerk je veranderingen in de installed base.
Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Service Manager.

Creemers Compressors B.V. is werkzaam binnen de compressortechniek en verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, installatie en service van en aan compressoren en hieraan gerelateerde persluchtequipment en onderdelen. Creemers voert naast haar eigen merk ook de merken ABAC en CP. Binnen Creemers zijn ca. 30 personen werkzaam.
De Serviceafdeling houdt zich bezig met Marketing, Sales, Operations en Technical Support aan bedrijfseigen producten en concurrenten bij klanten in Nederland van correctief en preventief onderhoud tot en met complete servicecontracten.
