Innoleaps is a business builder that helps global corporations develop, launch and scale new ventures in an entrepreneurial way to accommodate the fast-changing needs of our customers. 

Our mission is to empower global corporations to innovate and grow. 

Since 2013 we have launched and scaled more than 200 digital ventures across Europe, USA, Asia Pacific and Africa. In addition to our cool headquarters in Amsterdam, we have offices in Italy, USA, Australia, South Africa. Together with Startupbootcamp and The Talent Institute we form the We Empower Innovators (WEI) ecosystem. 

From our HQ in Amsterdam we serve many national and international consumer facing corporate enterprises like Nestlé, FrieslandCampina and Unilever and help them validate, accelerate and bring strategic innovations, business models and disruptive products to market.

As a Front-end developer you will work on various innovative projects where you will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility. 

Core responsibilities

•  You are involved in developing plans for websites and determining what types of content, such as videos or images, will be included. 
• Building, optimizing and testing web applications.
• You’ll be involved with standard coding, debugging, and modifications. 
• You will be working closely with the delivery team (lead coach, growth hacker and designer) to shape the product and make the design come to life.

Using a constellation of nano satellites we’re enabling connectivity for remote and rural area's. Hiber stands for high quality. Therefore our websites and web application’s user interfaces are in constant need of modification and maintenance. As a Front End developer you want nothing more than to develop and ensure the best and most qualitative front-end development and implementation to create user-facing functionality and tools. As a Front End developer at Hiber you will:

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Develop new user-facing features
• Create CSS that is consistent across all browsers and platforms
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Add new features to our tools Mission Control and Networks Operations Center
• And collaborate on a daily basis with the Hiber team!

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Vue.js, or similar frameworks

• Perfect English; exceptional written and verbal communication skills

You will join our growing technical department and you’ll help shape and develop a more mature team. You'll be surrounded by talented professionals. • Work closely with other development team members to understand all features and how to best integrate testing workflows.
• Help product managers identifying and setting requirements for all possible user flows, including the ability to translate SLA requirements into technical requirements that can be tested.
• Contributing to the architectural designs made by the team, ensuring they take into account testing requirements.
• Help implement the CI/CD/CD pipeline.
• Complement the whole team, as well as the development team, to improve bug management and bug visibility
• Operate in an Agile development environment while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Resolve complex technical issues as necessary
• Keep abreast of new technology developments

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban,...)
• Experience with web application quality assurance
• Experience with test automation planning, setup and reporting
• Some experience with load testing planning, execution and reporting
• Some experience with CI/CD/CD processes and tools
• Some experience with containerised applications and distributed systems
• An innovative mindset, with the capability to think outside-of-the-box
• A pragmatic mindset, with the ability of quickly applying out-of-the-box solutions
