Functieomschrijving
Als Recruitment Consultant heb je de kans om drie functies in één uit te voeren: Accountmanager, Recruiter en Administrateur. In deze functie vind je een veelzijdige en afwisselende baan waar werkelijk geen dag hetzelfde is! Je bent namelijk zowel verantwoordelijk voor de klanten als voor de kandidaten. Jij hebt dus een 360 graden rol, waardoor jij de commerciële arbeidsbemiddeling van A tot Z leert kennen.
Een paar werkzaamheden in het overzicht:

• In de rol van Accountmanager werf je nieuwe vacatures en onderhoud je relaties bij klanten. Dit kan telefonisch, maar het liefst ga je op bezoek voor een evaluatie, een rondleiding door de productie of een vacature uitvraag om zo tot de kern van de opdracht te kunnen komen. Daarbij adviseer je de opdrachtgever over verschillende mogelijkheden m.b.t. de werving en de wijze van indiensttreding van de aangeworven professionals
• In de rol van Recruiter benader je potentiële kandidaten, ga je met kandidaten in gesprek, maak je voorstellen voor kandidaat en opdrachtgever en bezorg je iemand een baan! Deze kandidaten selecteer je zorgvuldig, door middel van selectiegesprekken en referentiechecks
• In de rol van Administrateur houd je contact met beide partijen om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen. Dit door dagelijks een zeer goede administratie bij te houden
• En tot slot lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan verschillende projecten om verdere groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie te realiseren. Kan er iets beter? Daar mag jij mee aan de slag!

Functie-eisen
Wij zijn een hecht en klein team en zoeken iemand die hier goed in past. Het zou fijn zijn als je al een aantal aspecten van het vak beheerst, maar wij helpen je graag bij de ontwikkeling om volleerd Recruitment Consultant te worden.
We zoeken in een collega (o.a.) het volgende:

• Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding gerelateerd aan de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, ofwel binnen HR, bedrijfskunde of psychologie
• Goede schriftelijke en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Resultaat- en klantgericht, organisatie sensitief en een commerciële drive
• Ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling is een pre, passie voor de arbeidsbemiddeling is een must
• Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar (starters 40 uur per week)
• Woonachtig binnen 45 minuten van Vught, of op korte termijn concrete plannen te verhuizen
• In bezit van rijbewijs B

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

The role 

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be the on-site person who will deliver the talent strategy on our Eindhoven site. You will recruit permanent employees in functions which include supply chain, customer success, warehouse, office and admin and trade compliance.  You will also run our day-to-day recruitment supplier relationships as they fill our ongoing contingent workforce requirements.   You meet with hiring managers to assess the role, advertise the roles, screen and interview candidates and manage the candidate through our recruitment process, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience.

• Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition 

• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
