Responsibilities
+ Responsible for providing supervision of the Field Service Engineers to ensure exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers
+ Coach, mentor and lead team into a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement, and principles of engagement to drive and deliver results.
+ Provide clear and explicit guidance to team, peers and leadership on elements that may affect immediate operations or companywide policies
+ Set and manage team objectives/goals in alignment with overarching plans and strategies developed
+ Effectively manage and partner with HR to deliver team effectiveness through engagement
+ Implementation and installation of systems at customer sites. Working closely with the applications team, sales team and project managers. This may include planning, IT liaison
+ Provide emergency service and repairs and on request also Preventative Maintenance as requested by customers.
+ Liaising with customer IT departments and assisting with information systems installations and troubleshooting.
+ Maintenance and accuracy of assigned inventory.
+ Supporting marketing activities such as exhibitions.
+ Assisting the Field Service Manager with sales and application support for customer inquiries and business tender responses
+ Work closely with the Technical Field Support group with new product introductions.
+ Promote service agreements to customers.
+ Ensure own administrative tasks are complete on time and as needed support the team giving guidance on items such as: Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Reports, Internal Laboratory Reports, Equipment Checklists, RGA Forms.
+ Work effectively as part of the leadership team, this may include communicating and meeting with customers addressing service issues, concerns and questions then liaising with customer facing teams to implement solutions.
+ Assist the Field Service Manager as needed with call escalation, technical support and administrative duties.
+ Monitors and reports to FSM on progress of tasks/projects assigned to FSE’s.
+ Monitor and assist in the development of new hires with Co-travel to Conduct on-the-job trainings to FSEs on all aspects of field operation;
+ Assist with area management in FSM absence.

Areas of Responsibility:

· EHS: With reference to the Wind Power EHS Roles & Responsibilities Booklet the Quality Inspector All Employees should be constantly aware of their responsibilities for ensuring a workplace where EHS is the top priority. They should engage with both Line Managers and the EHS Team to ensure that, where practicable, they are familiar with the Siemens EHS management system. Additionally, the Quality Inspector must ensure that all non-conformances identified with a potential or actual EHS impact are managed in accordance with process and notified to the EHS organisation for control and mitigation.

· Quality Inspections: Quality inspections must be performed in accordance with SWP (and project contractual) requirements as documented within the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and relevant Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Quality Inspections typically cover delivery inspections, pre-assembly

walkdowns, pre-assembly final walkdowns, mechanical walkdowns and final walkdowns. Where defined in the PQP the inspections will be conducted in conjunction with customer and SWP Service personnel.

· In addition to standard inspections the Quality Inspector will execute the reference turbine process at site level

· Non-conformance management: The Quality Inspector will assist the QMiP in ensuring that the projectsite team is aware of their responsibilities in reporting and responding to non-conformances, providingsupport where required.

· The Quality Inspector will ensure that all non-conformances are reported in the non-conformance system (including findings) databases and executes the day to day management of non-conformance workflows to closure. Physical product nonconformances reported as having been closed should be

reinspected for verification of closure.

· The QI will support the QMiP, TPM and EMiP (as appropriate) in performing technical investigations and root cause analysis of non-conformances.

    As a Field Application Engineer, you will be the first technical person customers will want to talk with. You will help customers understand the capabilities of system and work with them to see how their use case can be enabled with the band connectivity.


    Your daily work focuses on helping customers to get their solutions in the field as quickly as possible. That means responding to customer inquiries, keeping documentation and online self-service portal polished to perfection and co-design solutions with customers when asked. Among others, providing guidance on component selection and application design, from initial idea to manufactured device.

    Responsibilities:


    • Support our customers and installation partners in getting installations in the field globally, as quickly and fault free as possible.
    • Offer remote and in field installation & maintenance support.
    • Willing to travel as required (periodically this could be ~50% of the time).
    • Create installation plans, with customers and partners, to ensure a clean installation process.
    • Offer first line support through our ticketing system.
    • Prepare and Acceptance Test equipment which is going out for shipment.

      The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Principal (Master level) uses broad expert knowledge of skills will working on significant and unique customer issues.       Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Projectleider?
      Als Projectleider begin je de dag tussen 7.00 uur en 9.00 uur met een teamoverleg. Hoe is de voortgang van het lopende project? Is de juiste kennis en ervaring aanwezig? Worden werkzaamheden wel veilig uitgevoerd? Jij ziet erop toe dat de werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde kaders van het projectplan verlopen. Na het overleg stel je de voortgangsrapportage op die je deelt met de Manager Techniek en/of projecteigenaar. Dit doe je op een planmatige, proactieve, overtuigende en flexibele manier.       This is a flexible role with an approximately 70% performing direct service activities on Hologic products in the field and a 30% Leadership role supporting the Field Service Manager in providing exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers.


      The role is situational and reactive so may be 100% service as the daily needs of our customers change or &;gt;30% Leadership on other occasions. Travel within country and region is required.


      Responsibilities


      + Responsible for providing supervision of the Field Service Engineers to ensure exceptional field service and customer experience to Hologic’s customers

      + Coach, mentor and lead team into a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement, and principles of engagement to drive and deliver results.

      + Provide clear and explicit guidance to team, peers and leadership on elements that may affect immediate operations or companywide policies

      + Set and manage team objectives/goals in alignment with overarching plans and strategies developed

      + Effectively manage and partner with HR to deliver team effectiveness through engagement

      + Implementation and installation of systems at customer sites. Working closely with the applications team, sales team and project managers. This may include planning, IT liaison

      + Provide emergency service and repairs and on request also Preventative Maintenance as requested by customers.

      + Liaising with customer IT departments and assisting with information systems installations and troubleshooting.

      + Maintenance and accuracy of assigned inventory.

      + Supporting marketing activities such as exhibitions.

      + Assisting the Field Service Manager with sales and application support for customer inquiries and business tender responses

      + Work closely with the Technical Field Support group with new product introductions.

      + Promote service agreements to customers.

      + Ensure own administrative tasks are complete on time and as needed support the team giving guidance on items such as: Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, Equipment Site Assessments, Inventory Reports, Internal Laboratory Reports, Equipment Checklists, RGA Forms.

      + Work effectively as part of the leadership team, this may include communicating and meeting with customers addressing service issues, concerns and questions then liaising with customer facing teams to implement solutions.

      + Assist the Field Service Manager as needed with call escalation, technical support and administrative duties.




      + Monitors and reports to FSM on progress of tasks/projects assigned to FSE’s.




      + Monitor and assist in the development of new hires with Co-travel to Conduct on-the-job trainings to FSEs on all aspects of field operation;

      + Assist with area management in FSM absence.
