Momenteel zijn wij opzoek naar een Medior Hardware Engineer voor onze vestiging Deventer, Almere, Son of Gorinchem. We zijn als bedrijf EPLAN gecertificeerd. We bieden jou de mogelijkheid om EPLAN Certified Engineer te worden. Dit is wat je gaat doen

Als Hardware Engineer EPLAN-ontwerp je elektrische oplossingen voor de industriële installaties. Je levert elke keer oplossingen van hoge kwaliteit in verschillende omgevingen. Je houdt je hierbij vast aan diverse standaarden, zoals b.v. ISA 88 en IEC 81346, om complexe projecten uit te denken en te engineeren. Je hebt kennis van zowel de machinebouw als van procesbesturingen, die worden aangestuurd door PLC-systemen. Je communiceert met projectleiders, collega engineers, machinebouwers en de eindklant.

Ook heb je de mogelijkheid om junioren te begeleiden in onze IA professionals Academy, want kennis- deling vinden wij erg belangrijk binnen MA-IT. Je creëert een hechte band met het team en zult veel variatie zien in je werk door de grote diversiteit aan klanten in de machinebouw, de weg en waterbouw, procesindustrie etc.

Werkzaamheden

• Je ontwerpt, zelfstandig en in teamverband, elektrotechnische systemen voor industriële Installaties
• Je werkt samen met software en design engineers om tot het beste resultaat te komen
• Je onderzoekt welke standaarden per project benodigd zijn en past deze ook toe
• Je voert risicoanalyses uit
• Je helpt mee aan de kennisoverdracht aan jonge engineers

The Mechanical Engineer will improve the NLC plant capacity (The Netherlands Logistic Center) and productivity while Safety and Quality requirements are leading in all the activities and improvements. Job description

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for creating a safe working space for all employees, in accordance with company policy and regulations.
• Streamlining process flows, lowering production process costs.
• Advising /assisting of procurement of new installations
• Developing means of production and supporting the implementation of infrastructure, utilities and equipment.
• Detecting process failures and finding solutions and alternatives.
• Establishing automated production lines combined with robotics and automation in close cooperation with the Global team.
• Responsible for acquiring government permits, related to the operational activities.
• Setting up training for new equipment in close collaboration with the OpEx engineer and responsible Managers.

• HBO level is required, preferably in the field of (industrial or electro) engineering.

Skills and approach:

• A minimum of 5-10 years working experience as a mechanical engineer in a food production environment is required.
• Experience with industrial hygiene food production is desirable
• Experience in working with MS Office is required
• Experience with project management, leading projects is required
• In-depth understanding of processes and ability to build processes
• Experience in electrics and mechanics is required
• Experience in the Lean methodology is an advantage
• Can work independently and is flexible
• Communicates easily with all levels
• Hands on mentality

Technical Requirements

• Can make drawings in Cad/Solid works
• Is responsible to calculate project cost/ROI’s
• Can read technical drawings (electrical and mechanical)
• Is experienced in working with and programming PLC’s
• Leading FAT & SAT in the Netherlands– working with HQ on plans and high level details

Language:

• Excellent level of English language is required.
• Experience in Dutch language is preferred

What will you do?

• 5+ years of experience in working with utilities at planning and operation management levels.
• Excellent command of Dutch language (written and spoken): native speaker preferred
• Must have education/experience and accountability for cost control and profit targets and managing a project budget.
• Experience with developing and managing programs, scheduling and implementation with ability to plan, assign, direct and coordinate a variety of functional specialties with overlapping work areas a plus.
• Experience with managing engineers, suppliers, and sub-contractors a plus.
• PMP Certification a plus.
• Organized, disciplined and focused approach to project management.
