Via onze Inland containerterminals in Amsterdam en Zaandam verzorgen wij niet alleen de op- en overslag van containers, maar coördineren wij ook het transport via weg en water. Op een fantastische locatie aan het water in Zaandam is het hoofdkantoor van de organisatie gevestigd. Op het kantoor zijn ongeveer 25 collega’s werkzaam. Wat ga je doen:
Als assistent expediteur / planner ben je een ware spin in het web met een behoorlijke verantwoordelijkheid. Je komt te werken binnen een team welke gespecialiseerd is in het organiseren van het binnenlands transport van containers voor zowel de import als export. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de klantopdrachten tijdig worden uitgevoerd en de klanten tevreden zijn. Een uitdagende puzzel, die vaak opgelost moet worden in een race tegen de klok. Dit betekent dat je je dagelijks bezig houd met het:
- Het aannemen van transportboekingen en deze verwerken in het systeem;
- Coördineren van transportboekingen en mogelijke wijzigingen hierin communiceren met zowel de klant als diverse interne afdelingen;
- Afhandelen van klachten en operationele kwesties, eventueel gezamenlijk met salesafdeling en/of planninsafdeling;
- Verzorgen van aanvullende operationele- en administratieve werkzaamheden.
Wie zoeken wij:
Je bent klantgericht en vindt het een uitdaging om op zoek te gaan naar de juiste oplossing zodat de klant maximaal tevreden is. Om van de functie echt een succes te maken breng je onder andere het volgende mee:
- Een MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een logistieke opleiding;
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Goede computervaardigheden, zoals MS office;
- Een commerciële, stressbestendige en klantgerichte instelling;
