As Internal Sales you are responsible for a group of clients working in various segments such as Energy, Marine, HVAC and Industry. Some of them are located in other EU countries. You provide support to the customers within quotations, orders, documentation and after sales. Every day you work together with colleagues in Europe and Asia and form an important link between our head office in Denmark and our national and international customers. All with one goal, realizing customer growth and sales in the field of electric motors - Hoyer Motors.
The employment immediately starts with a training program at our head office in Hadsten, Denmark. Here you are trained to understand our work processes and technical aspect of the products. This gives you complete insight into a wide range of tasks in the sales department. You will also participate in training and sales meetings in Denmark that are held during the year.
Qualifications:
- You have flair for international sales and good business understanding.
- You have a responsible approach to your work and remain objective under pressure.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
- France, Italian or a third language is an advantage.

Wat ga je doen?
De werkzaamheden van deze bijbaan bestaan uit het adviseren op het gebied van slaapproblematiek. Dit zijn klanten die hebben gevraagd om een advies en die blij zijn dat je belt, dus geen callcenter activiteiten met mensen die niet op je zitten te wachten. Regelmatig werken we ook met z'n allen aan de marketingactiviteiten, daar kan jij natuurlijk ook aan meedoen.
Voor ons kantoor in Rotterdam naast de Erasmus Universiteit zijn wij op zoek naar teamleden die ons komen helpen om slaapadvies te geven (minimaal 12 uur per week, meer mag natuurlijk ook). Je kan bij ons zowel in de middag, als in de avond aan de slag. Als teamlid ga jij bij deze bijbaan binnen ons jonge, hoogopgeleide team aan de slag om onze klanten van zo goed mogelijk advies te voorzien. Daarnaast denk je mee over marketing, advertising en ben je betrokken bij het after-sales proces. Bij ons is het mogelijk om zowel in de middag, in de avond als in het weekend te werken, waardoor het makkelijk te combineren is met een studie. Je behandelt, begeleidt, ondersteunt en observeert kinderen in de groep en op school. Je maakt de kinderen op alle momenten van de dag mee door de roulerende diensten die je draait. Je weet daarin een goed evenwicht te vinden tussen aandacht voor het kind en de groep en de onderlinge dynamiek. Je stimuleert de kinderen en hun ouders/opvoeders om via persoonlijk leiderschap zelf de regie over hun leven te (her)pakken. In de Rotterdamse wijk Hillegersberg ligt het enige landelijk expertisecentrum voor jeugdigen in de leeftijd van 6 - 12 jaar. Deze bijzondere doelgroep kenmerkt zich door complexe leer- en gedragsproblemen, veelal in combinatie met psychiatrische aandoeningen. Een deskundig, professioneel en betrokken multidisciplinair team biedt deze jongens en meisjes specialistische behandeling en begeleiding op het gebied van opvoeding, onderwijs en vrije tijds besteding. Onze jeugdigen verblijven in een open of gesloten groep.
Wat vragen wij van jou
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde vakgerichte HBO opleiding (bijv. SPH) of een afgeronde opleiding MBO niveau 4 SPW;
- Jouw pedagogische hart gaat sneller kloppen voor kinderen met complexe problemen. Ondanks de moeilijke omstandigheden weet jij met jouw passie, lef en doorzettingsvermogen, met kleine stapjes, het kind weer kind te laten zijn;
- Vanuit jouw flexibele en betrokken houding weet jij de kinderen zowel in de groep als op school een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving te bieden, waar ze zich in hun eigen tempo kunnen ontwikkelen;
- Je bent in staat verbinding te maken en zo snel mogelijk duidelijk te krijgen wat een kind nodig heeft;
- Je weet (verbaal) agressief gedrag te de-escaleren en de hulpvraag van het kind te herkennen;
- Je hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring in een residentiële setting met een vergelijkbare doelgroep en bent bekend met het werken met ouders/systemen;
