De Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs is de spil in het onderwijsveld van Nederland. Je begrijpt dat wij in ons werk een grote hoeveelheid gegevens verzamelen, verwerken, verrijken en analyseren. Jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Want binnen de dynamische afdeling Informatieproducten in Den Haag voer jij als data-scientist analyses uit op grote databestanden.
De grote databestanden waarmee jij aan de slag gaat bevatten bijvoorbeeld gegevens over leerlingen, diploma's, onderwijzend personeel en financiën. Voor je analyses gebruik je state-of-the-arttechnieken. Je kunt dan denken aan onder andere machine learning en data-mining. Dat doe je zowel zelfstandig als samen met het vooruitstrevende team Data Science.
Jij ontwikkelt informatieproducten en komt met nieuwe inzichten. Dat doe je op verzoek van het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap. Maar ook proactief naar aanleiding van opvallende ontwikkelingen in de cijfers. Je gebruikt hiervoor verschillende interne en externe gegevensbronnen. Jouw informatieproducten worden door het ministerie gebruikt voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van beleid om goed onderwijs mogelijk te maken. Maar ook door scholen en gemeenten. Zo maak jij het verschil voor miljoenen leerlingen, studenten en docenten in het onderwijs in Nederland.
Je bent een waardevolle sparringpartner voor beleidsmedewerkers en andere onderwijsprofessionals. Zo weet je deze stakeholders helder te informeren over jouw informatieproduct. Ook zorg je er altijd voor dat jouw werk helder, auditeerbaar en overdraagbaar is. Belangrijke aandachtspunten in jouw werk zijn prognosemodellen, dashboarding en datavisualisatie.
Functie-eisen

Functieomschrijving
Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning-en-controlcyclus van het primair onderwijs binnen Lucas onderwijs (PO). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor 18 van de 55 basisscholen in het primair onderwijs, coördineer je de control cyclus en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de rapportages en de analyses over het PO. Tevens lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het financieel beleid, waaronder de nota´s rondom begrotingskaders van de PO-scholen en investeringsbeleid. Do you want to be involved in the immunological evaluation of new vaccines? Do you have experience in immunological assays but you do not want to be in the lab anymore? Then this is a nice opportunity for you!
As Analytical Project Manager, you will assist in the timely and correct sample analysis of clinical samples, either in house or out sourced to CRO’s or partners. For out sourcing, you are responsible for monitoring the sample analysis in out sourced activities. For in house activities, you are responsible for co-ordination of the clinical sample analysis. The required activities must be executed, documented and reported according to Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) quality requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for organising the clinical samples in the Biobank system and will assist in shipments and co-ordination of sample analysis of the clinical studies.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a B.Sc. (HLO) in biological/medical sciences with some experience in the immunological assays that are performed. Preferably, you have experience with the clinical development of vaccines and/or GxP experience. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is quality minded. The Clinical Immunology department is responsible for the immunological evaluation of vaccine candidates in clinical trials. Hereto, the department executes the immunological strategy supporting the clinical development, and ensures the development, and validation of the required immunological assays, as well as the clinical sample analysis. Typical assays to determine the immunogenicity of vaccines are antibody ELISA, T cell ELISpot, Intracellular Cytokine Staining, and virus neutralisation assays.

- Als Beleidsmedewerker Jeugd en Onderwijs heb je een breed takenpakket en fungeer je zowel op lokaal en regionaal niveau (Voorne en Voorne Putten)
- Op het gebied van Onderwijs start je werkgroepen op wat betreft de Lokaal Educatieve Agenda (LEA) en zit deze voor. Punten die voortvloeien uit de Regionaal Educatieve Agenda (REA) koppel je terug in het LEA-overleg.
- In jouw rol als Beleidsmedewerker Jeugd onderhoud je maandelijks de contacten met jeugdconsulenten, regisseurs en kwaliteitsmedewerkers, voer je de evaluatiegesprekke omtrent de POH GGZ, vorm je een visie omtrent Huiselijk Geweld en Kindermishandeling en pas je de verordening jeugd aan.
Het team bestaat uit 8-10 collega's, elk met hun eigen (beleids)expertise. De gemeente gaat fuseren per 1 januari 2023. Om die reden omvat de functie zowel lokale als regionale taken. De functie is ontstaan vanwege zwangerschapsvervanging.

De Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs is de spil in het onderwijsveld van Nederland. Je begrijpt dat wij in ons werk een grote hoeveelheid gegevens verzamelen, verwerken, verrijken en analyseren. Jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Want binnen de dynamische afdeling Informatieproducten in Den Haag voer jij als data-scientist analyses uit op grote databestanden.
De grote databestanden waarmee jij aan de slag gaat bevatten bijvoorbeeld gegevens over leerlingen, diploma's, onderwijzend personeel en financiën. Voor je analyses gebruik je state-of-the-arttechnieken. Je kunt dan denken aan onder andere machine learning en data-mining. Dat doe je zowel zelfstandig als samen met het vooruitstrevende team Data Science.
Jij ontwikkelt informatieproducten en komt met nieuwe inzichten. Dat doe je op verzoek van het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap.
