Vanaf een centrale locatie ga je datacenterinfrastructuur, netwerken en servers monitoren om in de gaten te houden of ze optimaal werken. Dit doe je voor verschillende opdrachtgevers, zowel kleine als grote klanten. De grootste dienst die wordt aangeboden is de clouddienst, maar daarnaast bieden ze nog veel meer diensten aan.
Je houdt je, naast het oplossen van problemen, ook bezig met het onderzoeken van trends binnen bestaande systemen. Zodat je deze kunt gaan herkennen en ook proactief kunt gaan oplossen. Uiteraard ben je ook een kei in het administreren van bevindingen en het meenemen van je collega’s in de oplossingen. Zodat iedereen op de hoogte is en de klant op elk moment van de dag een oplossing kan krijgen.
Een network engineer of network support engineer die al enige ervaring heeft met monitoren. Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende klanten te schakelen en echt proactief bezig te zijn met de netwerkdiensten bij de klant.
Problemen kun je goed verwoorden en oplossen en daarnaast ben je bezig met het doen van verbetervoorstellen voor elke klant.
Daarnaast heb je:
- Minimaal een MBO 4 diploma;
- Kennis van monitoringstools en minimaal 2 jaar (support) ervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving;
- Algemene kennis van Microsoft en op het gebied van netwerken (WAN/LAN);
- Flexibel en zeer klantvriendelijk.
Een mooie uitdaging op het NOC in de regio Hoofddorp waar je veel verschillende klanten gaat helpen met hun netwerk. Kans om je meer te gaan verdiepen in clouddiensten en een traject waar je intern kunt gaan doorgroeien.

As a Prisma Cloud Channel Systems Engineer (SE), you will be responsible for presenting the Prisma Cloud solution to Channel SEs with our most strategic and impactful channel partners. You will be accountable for gathering the partner’s technical requirements on selling and positioning Prisma Cloud.. As an extended member of the Sales and Channels team, the Prisma Cloud Channel SE will align with the Prisma Cloud Sales teams and Channel Business Managers in the region to create, update and deliver the partner technical enablement and business strategy.
Your relationships with partners will enable them help our mutual customers detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks and breaches by being their resource for all elements of the public cloud environment security environment, providing expertise for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), other Public Clouds, Devops & Compute security i.e. containers, serverless frameworks, API security, web application security, cloud infrastructure entitlement management and hosts. Your technical sales expertise will drive confidence in our solutions, ultimately setting our partners up for success. You’ll be working with all levels of large partner organizations with a focus on developing partnerships based on a long term, “outcome where everybody wins” strategy.

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Business Partners, Prospects and Customers working with your Channel Business Manager and the local partners within your territory
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, support, and adoption

Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved
Provide technical enablement and training to strategic/national/international partners
Participate in partner business planning activities by supporting the development and execution of the partner technical business plan
Facilitate the preparation of partner Sales Engineers (SEs) in achieving Palo Alto Networks and industry certifications
Oversee partner pre-sales activities, including competitive analysis, test plans, demos, proofs of concept, and RFPs
Cross-communicate Prisma Cloud and partner value propositions, especially between partner and Palo Alto Networks field SEs
Understand and effectively present the Prisma Cloud Security Platform
Create, execute, and review a technical readiness plan with the CBM/regional sales team, including measurable achievements to track progress
Provide localized technical training to partner’s pre-sales and post-sales technical resources
Facilitate / Support product/service training of the partner sales teams
Educate and promote the use of Palo Alto Networks support model and effective use of available resources
Collaborate with the CBM/regional sales team on the development and management of the channel partner business plan and mutual action plans
Act as the Partner advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the partner until the issue is resolved
Understand and communicate the business advantages of a partnership with Palo Alto Networks
Develop a strong understanding of Palo Alto Networks’ channel partner objectives
Your Experience
BSCS or equivalent with 3 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer,, solutions architect, or systems integrator
General understanding of local/national/international partner community, technology trends, and the competitive landscape
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud deployment and administration
Experience designing and implementing cloud native security services in Public cloud environments.
Understanding of Public Cloud API based security and compliance standards
Good understanding of evolving compute solutions such as VM’s, Containers, Container On Demand and Serverless
Understanding of Web Application Firewalls, DDOS & botnets will be advantageous
Comfortable with the main Linux distros as well as a solid understanding of various runtime environments including Docker / CRI-O / rkt
Hands-on experience on Kubernetes platform to deploy and manage microservices and integrating with service-mesh (Istio).
Good understanding & expertise of IAC (CFT / Ansible / Terraform), CI/CD (Jenkins / Bamboo / CICircle etc.) tools, Code Repos (Github, Bitbucket etc), Repository (Jfrog Artifactory, Redhat Quay, Docker Hub, AWS ECR etc).
Programming experience in a higher-level language such as NodeJS, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, YAML, JSON, and/or Python is desirable and will be an added advantage
Experience in DevOps will be an added advantage
Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution, often under stress
Mature and effective time-management skills
Open to travel up to 50% of the time as appropriate

- Support Functional Safety Engineer of South Stream Transport BV in area of cyber security;
- With support from Automation engineers, the role will be to support the Functional Safety activities as appropriate to the project objects. This will include the following key activities:
(1) Implementation of the Management of Change process related to all Functional Safety matters and in compliance with local legislation;
(2) Ensure that their Functional Safety Professional / Engineer certification/trainings remains valid and are aware of changes and updates in the industry including local legislation requirements;
(3) Understand intended functionality of systems in a broad Process Control and Process Safety context;
(4) Generate the necessary Functional Safety documentation for the project objects, following GOST/IEC-61511, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Hazard analysis and Risk Assessment, Functional Safety Concepts, Technical Safety Concepts and relevant local normative documents.
- Support Functional Safety reviews as needed both internally with the team and with contractors.

As our Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you help build and support the state of the art cloud platform at the core of Eagle Eye Networks’ Video Management System.

Being a cloud services company with a global footprint (11 data center locations) presents a unique set of engineering challenges. Using our own purpose-built cloud and microservices architecture, we provide instant and secure access to massive amounts of video surveillance data while streaming and analyzing it continuously from cameras in over 11 countries.
As our Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you support a top-tier video surveillance cloud, currently spanning 11 data centers in 7 countries. You monitor everything and make it self-healing, you collect metrics to identify potential issues and make data-driven decisions. You contribute to tooling for automatic remediation of known problems and test and verify redundancy and recoverability at all levels. You maintain a high level of network and application security. You orchestrate automated security scans and proactively resolve vulnerabilities. You are an important part of the Infrastructure Team and you triage and resolve hardware and software issues as they arise. You create new tools to make everything better, faster, stronger and take part in an on-call rotation for critical events.
Who are we looking for?
You have at least 5 years of experience in relevant positions and in troubleshooting, routing and switching environments. You have experience with Linux, scripting experience like; shell, python en golang. You have knowledge of iptables or host based firewalls. You are familiar with monitoring systems. It would be a big plus if you have Junos, flatcart and/or Docker/Kubernetes experience. Important is that you are flexible and don’t have a 9-5 mentality, as in this job you also have ‘on-call duty’. You take ownership and are (internal) customer oriented.

De Network wifi Engineer die we zoeken, heeft naast basale technische vaardigheden zoals troubleshooting en automationscripting, een bredere kennis van technische infrastructuur, kennis van zakelijke afwegingen (business value in IT) en kennis op het gebied van outsourcing.
