In je werk zit veel variatie aan taken, maar met je twee rechterhanden weet jij altijd een oplossing te vinden. Als allround monteur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de machines en alle andere technische zaken. Je zal inspecties en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden verrichten. Daarnaast monteer je, vervangt of stelt de machines in. Dit allemaal doe je door middel van een onderhoudsplanning. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid in acht neemt.

Als monteur voer jij onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit:
- Je voert inspecties en controles uit aan het machinepark;
- Je stemt de planning en prioriteiten af met de teamleider techniek;

- Je bent in staat om snel een diagnose te stellen over de oorzaak van een storing en kunt ook inschatten in hoeverre het voor de veiligheid van onze medewerkers noodzakelijk is om de productie stil te leggen tot de oorzaak verholpen is;

You have a proven track record of at least 5-10 years of (mammalian) cell culture experience, experience with A549 and HEK293 cells is highly advantageous. Additionally, you have experience with prevention and resolving contamination of cell cultures. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience with lab activities in a GMP environment. Experience with quality and laboratory systems such as TrackWise, DMS and eLIMS is considered as a pre. Additionally, you are comfortable with routine activities.

Department
The QCD labs group is part of the Analytical Development Department of the Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development sector. Overall, it consists of 6 sub-teams (Raw-Materials, Sample Management, Cell Culture, Microbiology, Coordination and Technicians) and is responsible for release and stability testing as well as the corresponding reporting of Janssen’s virus and antibody products for use in clinical trials and the analytical support of the pilot plant activities.

As a Business Support Analyst you give IT-support for these applications and help to develop and implement functionality and as well as new applications.
You will work within our IT team to guard the interfaces between all the systems we have in our landscape, all part of the total IT landscape that does support our sales and production entities all over the globe.
You are working within the IT team, your colleagues (around 20 persons) are mainly located in de Lier and also in Germany and within the US. You are reporting to the Manager Information Management.
Your tasks and responsibilities
• As a business support analyst, you are one of the key players within the customer IT to implement and support projects like Web shop, App development & Sales Force.
• You guard the complex IT landscape, Architecture and interfaces to ensure to correct data gathering and flow.
• As a second line IT-support behind our key users, you will support our customers in working with applications like web shop and apps. Answering helpdesk questions and solving incidents are part of the daily work.
• The customer applications do extensively interface within our complete application landscape. It’s your task to oversee and troubleshot this interfaces. These interfaces are build up of connections using API’s, web services to our backend systems.
• You will work with the suppliers to manage the development and perform IT-tests on new functionality that has been developed.
• You stay on close contact with our suppliers from the different applications to ensure availability & correct response on incidents in order to maintain a stable environment.
• You will assist Key users in doing acceptance testing of new functionality.
Your profile
• Analytical mindset with hands-on on details as well as helicopter view.
• You have knowledge of and experience with modern Web platforms, Web services, Low Code & API’s.

Als allround monteur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de machines en alle andere technische zaken. Je zal inspecties en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden verrichten. Daarnaast monteer je, vervangt of stelt de machines in. Dit allemaal doe je door middel van een onderhoudsplanning. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid in acht neemt.
Wat wordt jou geboden?
- Een marktconform salaris tot € 3250,- (exclusief toeslagen).
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- Veel afwisseling in de functie met veel zelfstandigheid
- Persoonlijke ontwikkeling d.m.v. cursussen en opleidingen
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden
- Gelijk in dienst bij de opdrachtgever
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? - Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde
- Aantoonbare ervaring in soortgelijke functie (voedingsmiddelenindustrie).
- Een flexibele instelling, bereid om wisselende diensten te werken.
- Kennis van elektronica, hydraulische techniek en perslucht techniek.
