Jij als monteur brengt service bij de mensen thuis. Je zorgt dat verwachtingen worden overtroffen door de haard en/of schouw vakkundig te monteren en de juiste maatwerk te leveren.
Je start je dag uiteraard met een goede kop koffie. Vervolgens lees je de binnengekomen informatielijst met de daar bijhorende to-do-list. Aan de hand van jouw routekaart ga je op pad naar je eerste klant. Elke kachel is anders en elke klant is uniek. Zo ben je de ene dag bezig met de onderhoud van een houtkachel en de andere dag plaats je een complete inbouwhaard met plateau en kastenwand. Gaat de klant liever voor comfort, dan kan het ook voorkomen dat je een gashaard plaatst en/of onderhoud. Dit alles kan zowel modern als klassiek worden ingebouwd. Je gaat dus aan de slag binnen een vrij diverse functie, voorzien van ruime uitdaging.
Hoe kan een onderhoudsbeurt er dan uit zien? Ik geef je hieronder een paar voorbeelden:
• Je maakt de glasplaten schoon en ontdoet het toestel van stof;
• Inspectie/controle uitvoeren van het rookkanaal, thermokoppel, de ontsteking, eventuele gaslekkages en de gehele werking.
Hieronder staan voornamelijk reparatie- en installatiewerkzaamheden, deze vallen echter ook onder jou verantwoordelijkheid. Denk hierbij aan:
• Gaten boren in vloeren en plafonds;
• Installeren van gasinstallaties en het omleiden van gasleidingen;
• Maken van een op maat gemaakte ombouw;
• Elektrische montage werkzaamheden;
• Brandveilige afwerkingen verzorgen.

• Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring als zelfstandig monteur of openhaarden-monteur;
• Kennis van gas en elektra weet jij toe te passen in de praktijk;
• Je bent zelfstandig, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken;
• Je bent woonachtig in - of rond Spijkenisse, Rotterdam, Vlaardingen.

As a Business Support Analyst you give IT-support for these applications and help to develop and implement functionality and as well as new applications.
You will work within our IT team to guard the interfaces between all the systems we have in our landscape, all part of the total IT landscape that does support our sales and production entities all over the globe.

Your tasks and responsibilities
• As a business support analyst, you are one of the key players within the customer IT to implement and support projects like Web shop, App development & Sales Force.
• You guard the complex IT landscape, Architecture and interfaces to ensure to correct data gathering and flow.
• As a second line IT-support behind our key users, you will support our customers in working with applications like web shop and apps. Answering helpdesk questions and solving incidents are part of the daily work.
