As a Business Support Analyst you give IT-support for these applications and help to develop and implement functionality and as well as new applications.
You will work within our IT team to guard the interfaces between all the systems we have in our landscape, all part of the total IT landscape that does support our sales and production entities all over the globe.
You are working within the IT team, your colleagues (around 20 persons) are mainly located in de Lier and also in Germany and within the US. You are reporting to the Manager Information Management.
Your tasks and responsibilities
•    As a business support analyst, you are one of the key players within the customer IT to implement and support projects like Web shop, App development & Sales Force.
•    You guard the complex IT landscape, Architecture and interfaces to ensure to correct data gathering and flow.
•    As a second line IT-support behind our key users, you will support our customers in working with applications like web shop and apps. Answering helpdesk questions and solving incidents are part of the daily work.
•    The customer applications do extensively interface within our complete application landscape. It’s your task to oversee and troubleshot this interfaces. These interfaces are build up of connections using API’s, web services to our backend systems.
•    You will work with the suppliers to manage the development and perform IT-tests on new functionality that has been developed.
•    You stay on close contact with our suppliers from the different applications to ensure availability & correct response on incidents in order to maintain a stable environment.
•    You will assist Key users in doing acceptance testing of new functionality.
Your profile
•    Analytical mindset with hands-on on details as well as helicopter view.
•    You have knowledge of and experience with modern Web platforms, Web services, Low Code & API’s.
•    You like to work in a fast changing environment, using all kind of different tool sets.
•    You are a team player having excellent communication skills.
•    Education level: bachelor degree (HBO) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience within similar functions.

Je bent net de dag begonnen en je wordt al gebeld; de machine voor het te verwerken product staat niet goed afgesteld. Je zorgt er voor dat de machine zo snel mogelijk weer draait. Lekker begin! Daarna overleg met je collega’s van de vorige ploeg om vervolgens te starten met preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Vervolgens word je weggeroepen om te kijken naar een machine waarbij de sensor kapot is. Je gaat op zoek naar de oplossing. Gelukt!
Jij begrijpt hoe techniek werkt, zowel mechanica als elektronica en sensortechniek. Dit bedrijf heeft verschillende productielijnen en deze machines vragen veel van je vakmanschap dat maakt het werk afwisselender dan waar ook en natuurlijk super tof.
Als monteur voer jij onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit:
  • Je voert inspecties en controles uit aan het machinepark;
  • Je stemt de planning en prioriteiten af met de teamleider techniek;
  • Je verhelpt storingen die gemeld worden door de operators;
  • Je bent in staat om snel een diagnose te stellen over de oorzaak van een storing en kunt ook inschatten in hoeverre het voor de veiligheid van onze medewerkers noodzakelijk is om de productie stil te leggen tot de oorzaak verholpen is;

Your duties:

  • Responsible for delivering regular recommendations on how to optimize manufacturing methods, while meeting all of the quality standards set forth by the company and government regulations. Your profile:

Jouw werk als Storingsmonteur
De afdeling technische dienst is verantwoordelijk voor omvangrijke onderhouds-, modificatie- en investeringstrajecten van processen en installaties binnen onze plant in Katwijk (Gemeente Cuijk bij Nijmegen). Als Electro monteur ben je actief op de hele plant. Dat geeft jou een groot werkgebied met uitdagingen alom. Jij verhelpt storingen en bent communicatief zeer sterk. Je luistert goed naar de klachtomschrijving en weet ook door te vragen. Je deelt jouw kennis graag met collega-technici of de procesoperators op de werkvloer.
Wat ga je doen en waarvoor word je verantwoordelijk?
Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling, standaardisatie en verbetering van onze (productie)processen waarbij je gebruik maakt van LEAN | 6Sigma | Industrie 4.0 principes. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het;

  • Analyseren van machinestoringen in geautomatiseerde procesbesturingsapparatuur;
  • Vaststellen van de aard en de omvang van de uit te voeren reparatie, c.q. op te heffen storing, alsmede van de te verwachten tijdsduur;
  • Verhelpen van technische storingen aan productiemachines;
  • Verrichten van aanpassingen/modificaties van het elektrotechnische deel van apparatuur op basis van daartoe ingediende voorstellen;
  • Het verrichten van preventief onderhoud aan het machinepark.


Wat wordt er van je verwacht en wat zien we graag?
Voor deze uitdagende positie heb je minimaal MBO niveau door ervaring of opleiding, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond richting Electrotechniek aangevuld met Werktuigbouwkunde of Industriële Automatisering. Daarnaast is het prettig als je;

  • Zelfstandig kunt werken binnen een team;
  • Gezonde dosis nauwkeurigheid;
  • Kwaliteitsbewuste teamplayer;
  • Enige jaren werkervaring binnen een onderhouds- en of een productie omgeving;
  • Bereid tot consignatiedienst (een gedeelte van het team werkt tevens in een 5-ploegendienst);

Als monteur / storingstechnicus ben jij ervaren met het werken aan mechanische / kleinelektrische installaties, het liefst in een foodomgeving.
Je hebt ervaring met het werken met multivac/vacuum-installaties. Je werkt oplossingsgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in het belang van de productie.

wat ga je doen

Beyond meat... dat klinkt spannend, nietwaar? Dat is het ook! Het is namelijk de nieuwe afdeling van Zandbergen: de afdeling waar plantaardig vlees wordt geproduceerd, zodat ook de "niet vlees-eters" of mensen die eens een dagje vega willen eten, kunnen genieten van een heerlijke burger! De beyond-burger! Die wordt hier gemaakt.
En aan die machines kun jij het onderhoud verrichten. Je lost storingen op op mechanisch, en elektrotechnisch gebied. Je werkt samen met je collega's in een tweeploegendienst. Gelukkig ben jij niet de hele dag storingen aan het oplossen en is er genoeg tijd voor (preventief) onderhoud aan de installaties.

The role of the Information Networks Technical Specialist is to use their knowledge related to the field of process automation to define and implement solutions for our clients. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for the delivery of benefits to clients;
  • Ensure a good fit between order content and our product/execution capability by guiding scope definition throughout the sales process and participating in the setting of appropriate pursuit strategies.
  • Assess and advise on technical and commercial risk of potential and actual business during the sales and execution phases.
  • Help define and implement standard methodologies for project pursuits that will lead to long term sustainability and effective implementation.
  • Develop and present strategies and material to support business development.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including proposal generation, resource estimation, risk assessment and developing support materials which can be used by front offices.

  • Internal knowledge transfer - undertake regular knowledge updates, using workshops where appropriate, to the European Engineering team with respect to their specialist fields.
  • Ensure that Companyrsquo;s quality control processes and relevant standards are followed.
  • Identify possible improvements to the sales and project execution processes, as well as potential improvements in the Emerson products used.
  • Assist in defining and crafting standard solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in developing implementation capability for solutions based on the supported technology within the organisation.
  • Identify and produce marketing material based on work performed such as quantified business results for projects undertaken.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key third parties (vendors of complementary technologies),
  • As required provide analysis of the market for our solutions as a whole with a view to growing the business.

Requirements
  • Degree level in an engineering discipline, network and computing, Electronics Control and Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of experience in our (Network architecture, DCS, and field implementation)
  • Extensive knowledge on network architectures and administration, core network infrastructure components, wireless technology and fieldbus. Ideally have a Cisco CCNA or higher with a specialisation
  • Good knowledge on Information technology (IT), Cyber Security, cloud computing, virtualisation, programming software, operating systems, Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery
  • Experience on project management, scheduling, engineering, procurement, team coordination and sales support
  • Strong experience with direct client contact including managing expectations
  • Verbal and written communication skills fluent in English
  • Master knowledge of Microsoft office including Visio
  • Some knowledge of industrial automation systems desirable but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel in Europe is mandatory as part of this job role. Duration and frequency will be variable, but travel is generally for short periods.

Overview:
This position is for an experienced technician on the Desktop Support team responsible for partnering with both Client IT design teams and Level 1 Service Desk to provide support for core infrastructure and desktop technologies standard to Client’s operating environment.  

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
· Primary desktop support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management Infrastructure, Video Conferencing systems, and Client L3 application teams.

Dümmen Orange is operating within a digital transformation related to customer facing tools like a web shop and different app’s to be used by our customers. The number of customer actively working with our web shop and associated app’s is increasing rapidly.

As a Business Support Analyst you give IT-support for these applications and help to develop and implement functionality and as well as new applications.
You will work within our IT team to guard the interfaces between all the systems we have in our landscape, all part of the total IT landscape that does support our sales and production entities all over the globe.

You are working within the IT team, your colleagues (around 20 persons) are mainly located in de Lier and also in Germany and within the US. You are reporting to the Manager Information Management.

Your tasks and responsibilities
•    As a business support analyst, you are one of the key players within the customer IT to implement and support projects like Web shop, App development & Sales Force.
•    You guard the complex IT landscape, Architecture and interfaces to ensure to correct data gathering and flow.
•    As a second line IT-support behind our key users, you will support our customers in working with applications like web shop and apps. Answering helpdesk questions and solving incidents are part of the daily work.
