- Samen met je team voer je onderhoud uit aan de elektrische installaties;
- Jij verhelpt storingen rond PLC's;
- Monteert bedrijfsinstallaties zelfstandig af vanaf tekeningen;
- Je loopt storingsdiensten en neemt ook deel aan projecten - zo zijn je werkzaamheden lekker afwisselend.

Voor een productiebedrijf in de voedingsmiddelen industrie zoekt Xelvin een medewerker voor hun Technische Dienst in Zaandam. De technische dienst bestaat uit 8 collega's die functies hebben als monteur en Hoofd Technische Dienst.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Technische Dienst Monteur?
Je begint de dag met een overleg met je collega's en de lijnmanagers. Je brengt de storingen in kaart en stelt een plan op hoe dit preventief voorkomen kan worden. Het zijn niet alleen tijdelijke oplossingen, maar vooral wat kunnen we structureel verbeteren. De Hoofd Technische Dienst kan jou inschakelen voor diverse vraagstukken zoals modificatieprojecten, het voorbereiden van een grote productie piek rond de feestdagen. Er is een eigen werkplaats aanwezig waar het grote onderhoud wordt gedaan. Je werkt in een dagdienst waarbij je samen met een ervaren collega's de elektrotechnische vraagstukken oplost. Je collega's zijn rond de 60 jaar en kijken er naar uit om hun kennis aan je over te dragen.
Je nieuwe teamleider aan het woord:
‘Binnen ons team bieden wij de je kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te specialiseren op het gebied van elektrotechniek in de breedste zin van het woord. Je bent een teamspeler maar kan ook prima solistisch werken. Je vervult dan de rol van ambassadeur voor onze afdeling, organisatie en tegenover de productie afdeling Kennis delen en overdragen zijn belangrijke speerpunten binnen ons team.'
Functie-eisen Wanneer ben je een aanvulling voor het team?
- MTS opleiding Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica
- Ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelen industrie is mooie meegenomen. De werkwijze binnen deze branche heeft raakvlakken met de olie & gas en pharma. Wanneer je hier ervaring in heb nodigen wij je van harte uit om ook te reageren
Wij bieden - Inschaling tussen € 2.750 en € 3.750 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week
- 24 vakantie- en 10 ATV dagen;
- Een reiskostenregeling van € 0,19 per kilometer;
- Wat betreft de toekomst: wij betalen 2/3 van je pensioenpremie en jij 1/3.
- Na het jaarcontract bij Xelvin krijg je een contract voor onbepaalde tijd bij het bedrijf.

Heb jij een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde?

In je werk zit veel variatie aan taken, maar met je twee rechterhanden weet jij altijd een oplossing te vinden. Als allround monteur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de machines en alle andere technische zaken. Je zal inspecties en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden verrichten. Daarnaast monteer je, vervangt of stelt de machines in. Dit allemaal doe je door middel van een onderhoudsplanning. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid in acht neemt.

Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to apply advanced knowledge of scientific and engineering principles, with little supervision or guidance, to the design, redesign, test, modeling and use of various products, subassemblies, complex systems, and product platforms. Mentoring and guiding junior engineers is also expected, as is the leadership of cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Design, test and analyze electrical hardware circuits to reliably achieve functional requirements and quantitative specifications.
- Completes requirements for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews
- Owns definition of overall product electrical architectures
- Coordinates across development efforts to ensure consistency and leverage of common technologies
- The employee has responsibility for planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, studies, or other work independently. Results of the work are considered as technically authoritative and are normally accepted without significant change.
- Guidelines are broadly stated and nonspecific. The employee must use judgment and ingenuity in interpreting the intent of the guidelines that do exist and in developing applications to specific areas of work. Frequently, the employee is recognized as a technical authority in the development and interpretation of guidelines.
- Provides expertise in the core scientific or engineering discipline to all areas of OTT HydroMet and provides information on strategic planning, acquisitions, and technology evaluation. Feedback is given to the Principal Scientist, Principal Engineer, or Executive Team Members

- BS with a minimum of 15 years of directly relevant experience or a MS with a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.

- Circuit design, modeling, performance analysis and tradeoff analysis
- Technical Applications Knowledge
- Cross-Functional Working
- Specialization in two or more of the following areas:
- Sensor technology
- Low level analog signal processing and A to D conversion
- Low level analog measurements in the presence of noise
- PCB layout for AC signal integrity, DC signal integrity and EMC
- German and or Dutch language skills preferred
- Advanced English skills

Wat doet Mundi Technology?
Wij leveren lasers voor het coderen en markeren van alle soorten producten en verpakkingen. Daarnaast zeer geavanceerde controle & inspectie apparatuur. Wat betekent dat? Vrijwel alle producten en verpakkingen worden in een fabriek voorzien van extra informatie. Denk aan een houdbaarheidsdatum, productiegegevens of barcode. Met onze lasermachines is dit supersnel te markeren op glas, folie, plastic, metaal of karton. Zo krijgt elk product een unieke identificatie en is altijd te zien waar en wanneer het is geproduceerd of verpakt. Daarnaast leveren wij metaaldetectoren, checkwegers en X-ray systemen om nauwkeurig producten te scannen en uit te stoten als er iets niet klopt. Bijvoorbeeld als ergens metaal inzit, het gewicht niet klopt of aantallen niet juist zijn.
Service Engineer bij Mundi Technology?
Zoals onze engineers aangeven is deze functie heel divers. Geen dag is hetzelfde en als service engineer kom je overal. Jij zal voornamelijk bezig gaan met onze controle- en inspectiesystemen. Deze machines ga je installeren en onderhouden bij onze klanten door heel Nederland. Ook jaarlijkse ijkingen behoren tot je verantwoordelijkheid. Dat vraagt om kennis op het gebied van mechanica, software en elektronica. Uiteraard krijg jij eerst een uitgebreide training om alles te weten te komen over onze controlewegers, metaaldetectoren en X-ray systemen. Met onze service maken wij het verschil! Geen vraag is te gek en wij zoeken altijd naar de beste oplossing voor iedere klant. Wat ga je doen?
Heb jij een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde?

In je werk zit veel variatie aan taken, maar met je twee rechterhanden weet jij altijd een oplossing te vinden. Als allround monteur ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van de machines en alle andere technische zaken. Je zal inspecties en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden verrichten. Daarnaast monteer je, vervangt of stelt de machines in. Dit allemaal doe je door middel van een onderhoudsplanning. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid in acht neemt.
