Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users and partners, including regular account management and customer visits Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Understanding end user needs on maintaining continuous operation of NetApp environments and recommending solutions that meet those needs Presenting the company's offerings to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and support to provide a high-quality customer experience Negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge What we need: At least 5 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on data storage or managed services; a hunting profile and pro-activity to visit partners, end-users and vendor (NetApp) Good knowledge of NetApp’s or similar brand products and services, including data storage and data management solutions Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
