Functie omschrijving
- Work with the team to maintain, create and execute the roadmap for SAP business systems and integration.
- Accountable for the creation of workflows and reports in SAP, enhancements and further implementation of functionalities.
- Accountable for the testing and the commissioning of any new changes.
- Development of analyses (big data) and management information from SAP and supporting business management in cost calculations, performance management, planned versus actual reporting, etc.
- Manage internal support teams in the Netherlands and Germany and third party service providers related to SAP business applications.

Functievereisten
- You have significant experience as functional consultant in SAP and would like to work in an environment where you can make a difference in the further implementation of SAP business solutions. You are a self-starter and enjoy supporting others in managing operational and financial processes and business analysis
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing SAP, preferably some years hands on experience.
- Sound knowledge of SAP Finance, PS, MM, PP and QM. Experience on S/4 HANA is a pre.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience at various organizational levels in English, Dutch and preferably German.
- Proven track record and experience in developing SAP processes and procedures as well as successfully executing projects in either FICO, PS, PP and/or QM.
- High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision, while resilient to change.

Wat ga je doen
Als Teamleider Operationeel Team (OT) geef jij op inspirerende en coachende wijze leiding aan een team, dat werkt in de verbrandingsinstallaties. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor het optimaal bedrijven van de verbrandingsprocessen, waarbij efficiency, inzet van mensen, arbo, veiligheid en milieu speerpunten zijn. Als Teamleider geef je leiding aan een energiek en daadkrachtig team dat zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht werkt. Je draagt zorg voor optimale werkomstandigheden en creëert een goede werksfeer. Continu verbeteren en efficiënt werken zijn onderdeel van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Je stimuleert verbeterprocessen en je weet medewerkers te enthousiasmeren en te verbinden. Ook ben je bij calamiteiten ploegleider van de BHV-organisatie. Je werkt binnen één van de vijf operationele teams in een volcontinu ploegendienst, dus de werktijden zijn onregelmatig.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit
Je start vandaag met de vroege dienst. De nachtploeg draagt de dienst over en bespreekt de bijzonderheden van de installaties. Na het ochtendoverleg, waar jij de leiding hebt, help je een medewerker op weg met zijn opleiding. Ook stem je nog af met de Teamleider Asset Behoud over een storing, die in korte tijd al meerdere malen is voorgekomen. Jullie beoordelen een verbetervoorstel van een operator om deze storing in de toekomst te voorkomen. Je eindigt jouw dienst met een teamleidersoverleg, waarin je een onderhoudsstop evalueert met de andere teamleiders en de Manager Productie Energie.
Welke resultaten lever je
Je zorgt ervoor dat de afvalenergiecentrale en de biomassa-energiecentrale zo optimaal mogelijk produceren en energie opwekken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid en benutting van de installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw medewerkers zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet en functioneren.

Functie omschrijving
- Work with the team to maintain, create and execute the roadmap for SAP business systems and integration.
- Accountable for the creation of workflows and reports in SAP, enhancements and further implementation of functionalities.
- Accountable for the testing and the commissioning of any new changes.
- Development of analyses (big data) and management information from SAP and supporting business management in cost calculations, performance management, planned versus actual reporting, etc.
- Manage internal support teams in the Netherlands and Germany and third party service providers related to SAP business applications.
- Accountable for managing technical support and functional master data management in SAP.
- Provide leadership in change management, supporting the organization in new processes and manage a change board setting the right priorities.
- Support Infrastructure and other IT experts to maintain services and continuity for the business
Functievereisten
- You have significant experience as functional consultant in SAP and would like to work in an environment where you can make a difference in the further implementation of SAP business solutions. You are a self-starter and enjoy supporting others in managing operational and financial processes and business analysis
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing SAP, preferably some years hands on experience.
- Sound knowledge of SAP Finance, PS, MM, PP and QM. Experience on S/4 HANA is a pre.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience at various organizational levels in English, Dutch and preferably German.
- Proven track record and experience in developing SAP processes and procedures as well as successfully executing projects in either FICO, PS, PP and/or QM.
- High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision, while resilient to change.
- You seek optimization and continuous improvement.
- You are a team player, stress resistant and well organized.
