Je hebt al ervaring in een technische dienst, of als servicemonteur of installatiebranche. Met jouw uitgebreide ervaring in de techniek ga jij bijdragen aan de (weder) opbouw van de organisatie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, maar daarbij ook verantwoordelijkheden waarbij je met alle facetten binnen de techniek te maken krijgt.
Apollo Vredestein gaat weer opbouwen en de productieorganisatie in Enschede
transformeren naar een gespecialiseerde fabriek, waar de focus komt te liggen op de productie van de Ultra High Performance personenwagen- en landbouwbanden en de Space Master, de opvouwbare reserveband.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, working with the Operations Director, you will be performing a variety of engineering activities such as: planning and designing of products, tools, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment and mechanical industrial processes. Moreover, you will oversee production, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of such equipment, while making sure to observe safety regulations and comply with company policies.

• Manages all assigned quality assurance team members while reporting team successes and opportunities to the Director of Quality Assurance and Development
• Responsible for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all business units
• Responsible for the activities of the Quality Management System
• Responsible for time management and operational support
• Manages and produces Quality Assurance measures and metrics which report any trends or process improvement opportunities for each project
• Manages the training and other required activities for the department
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree and 7-10 years of experience
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
