Over de functie Als medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van het onderhoud aan onze hulpmiddelen. Dit doe je samen met een team van enthousiaste collega’s. FRONT-END DEVELOPMENT AT IMC

DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER AT IMC:

You will collaborate with IMC employees throughout the organization to diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct issues that interfere with access to critical enterprise systems. Daily responsibilities include implementation, maintenance and support for desktops, user devices, servers, and the network where applicable. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and support in a fast paced and demanding environment. You’ll have a high level of autonomy and responsibility to provide an IT environment with the aim to exceed your user’s expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the physical and virtual desktop trading environment, core infra components like email and DNS, Directory Management, Cloud Technologies, phone & video communication systems and end user devices like tablets, mobile phones and laptops
  • Oversee deployment and updates of the newest enterprise level technologies such as Adobe, Java, Microsoft, and other desktop applications.
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers).
  • Support IMC’s state of the art Audio and Visual technology systems.
  • Inventory- and capacity management
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues.
  • Ensure timely and organized resolution of issues via JIRA ticketing system.
  • Assist in-house Facilities Management with execution of desk and physical equipment moves.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A degree (MBO/HBO/BSc) in ICT related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Previous Desktop Support experience (at least 3 years)
  • Confident in communicating in English
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems. Linux experience would be considered a plus.
  • You are a self-starter with sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills. Pro-active and pragmatic.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
  • Have a desire to learn new skills and evolve as IMC introduces new technologies to the environment.
  • Willing to get involved on physical tasks such as desk moves and room setups.

The Global Operational Risk Manager operates at Group level with a focus on the optimization of the Operational Risk and Control Framework for IMC and reports directly to the Group Chief Risk Officer. Our Risk Management teams operate closely with the Trading and Technology teams in order to manage the inherent risks in IMC’s trading strategies across various technologies. The Risk Management team is responsible for identifying and assessing risks, determining adequate controls and developing risk metrics and tools to monitor these risks.

The role is based in Amsterdam but will also require travelling to our offices in the US and APAC.

As the Marketing Manager you will primarily help grow brand awareness and familiarity among potential new recruits, attracting qualified leads worldwide. Besides that, you will be taking on internal marketing projects as well as marketing around our sales activities and team.
This role is both strategic as well as operational, some specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the guardian of the IMC brand, ensuring it is used in all our marketing activities, both internal and external;

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Marketing Manager you will primarily help grow brand awareness and familiarity among potential new recruits, attracting qualified leads worldwide. You will make sure that the absolute top talents in Tech and Trading know who we are and why IMC is a great place to work. Partnering with the HR/ Recruitment team, Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Managers from others IMC offices and Global Head of Marketing, you will manage all local marketing initiatives. Your main focus will be recruitment marketing; you will be in the lead for all campus and experienced-hire recruitment including events (in-house, campus, online), EDMs, careers site upkeep and merchandising management. Besides that, you will be taking on internal marketing projects as well as marketing around our sales activities and team.
This role is both strategic as well as operational, some specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the guardian of the IMC brand, ensuring it is used in all our marketing activities, both internal and external;

  • You will work closely with our recruitment team and external parties to develop and execute online (and other) lead generating brand & recruitment campaigns as well as other marketing communication activities to increase brand awareness;

  • You will create the yearly and quarterly (strategic) marketing plan, manage the campaign budget and lead the analysis of KPIs and ROIs;

  • Social media strategy, creating, curating and communicating content across all IMC platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)

  • IMC merchandising coordination, driving and upholding branding guidelines

  • Creation and management of all digital and physical campus hiring collateral.

  • Improving online applicant and click-through quality

  • Investigation of new platforms and hidden talent pools

  • Internal communication equipping management and our recruiters with a view of campaign success and candidate reach

  • Creation of campaigns, events and collateral that supports our Options Trading Desk

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 7+ years of working experience in (partly) similar role.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Communications, Digital Communication, or Marketing.

  • Experience with development of recruitment campaigns

  • A proven ability to pivot between hands-on creation and managing long-term projects

  • A versatile collaboration and relationship-building toolkit

The Compliance team operates very close to our Trading and Technology teams. Main objective of the team is to ensure our organization complies at all times with external and internal regulation. We strongly believe a strong compliance culture can only be built when employees do not only adhere to the policies and rules, but also understand the context and intent of regulation. As a Compliance Analyst at IMC you will be based directly on the dealing room of our Amsterdam office. You will assist in managing the day-to-day compliance activities, like monitoring/reporting of our trading activities and onboarding counterparties. This requires knowledge of our trading strategies, counterparties, venues and of course the regulatory landscape we operate in.

To excel in this role you will be combining analytical skills with operational and system knowledge to add value, and not bureaucracy to the business. We are looking for someone who is used to working with large data sets and who has knowledge of programming languages, with a critical, proactive and hands-on approach.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure regulatory transaction reports are sent timely and accurate;

  • Ensure trading counterparties are on-boarded and reviewed timely (AML/KYC)

  • Monitoring and analyze intraday trading activity and discuss with our Trading Desks;

  • Advise traders on exchange rules and regulations

  • Assist with inquiries made by exchanges or regulators

  • Collaborate with global compliance team members to design and enhance global standards

  • Analyze developments within the markets we trade and identify both risks and opportunities;
