To support ourMarketingbusiness within Diabetes Netherlands business unit (based in Eindhoven, at the moment 100% virtually) we are currently looking for a fulltime Senior Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills and minimum 3-5 year marketing experience. We offer you an interesting position in the field of marketing and product management that makes you responsible for customer-analysis, product and project planning, product launches, promotion and customer communication.
A Day in the Life
In this role you will help develop and implement regional marketing strategies to ensure that short and long-term marketing and business objectives are met. You are responsible to establish and execute marketing tactics and product launches that contribute to build profitability and drive market development as well as revenue and market share growth for the Diabetes business throughout a direct and a matrix environment.
You interact directly with the Dutch sales representatives, marketing team and BeNeLux Marketing Manager to identify new marketing opportunities, prepare regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization.Furthermore, the Marketing Specialist works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion and may identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Besides this you liaise with the product marketing group at our European headquarter and colleagues within the region to ensure alignment in functional areas as clinical, research and development, education and reimbursement.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work at high level as well as being hands on and being able to work independenlty. You must pay strong attention to details specifically when being responsible for projects from concept to implementation. Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on individual with a commercial mindset combined with strong analytical skills. Besides this very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
To be successful in this role you have the ability to operate in a matrix and changing environment. You are highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and strong influence skills. You can communicate effectively (in writing and verbally) at all levels in an organization and with diverse groups.
