We willen ervoor zorgen dat je vertrek naar Sofia zo makkelijk mogelijk voor je wordt gemaakt. Daarom wordt je vlucht naar Sofia voor je geboekt en betaald. The Solutions Sales Specialist will be responsible for market success of ServiceNow’s new Customer Service Management (CSM) product. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de orders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles goed verloopt en de klanten niets tekortkomen. Je hebt nauw contact met de inkopers en de productieafdeling, zo ben jij goed op de hoogte van de voorraad van de producten en weet je precies wat er speelt. Je denkt hierbij ook alvast na over morgen en de dagen erna.
Je hebt veel contact met zakelijke klanten en collega's en voorziet iedereen van de juiste informatie. Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie moet je klantgericht, besluitvaardig en proactief zijn en niet bang zijn om nieuwe dingen te doen en te leren!
