Doel van de functieJe ondersteunt en begeleidt hypotheekklanten die met financiële problemen te maken hebben. Taken
- De klantsituatie (zelfstandig) analyseren en hierbij passende strategische plannen uitzetten. Je kan de klant in beweging zetten en durft goed door te vragen;
- Inventariseren om een goed beeld te krijgen van de huidige situatie en hierbij de juiste oplossingskoers bieden;
- Gesprekken zullen niet altijd positief van aard zijn, maar jij weet dit in goede banen te leiden, ook bij het brengen van slecht nieuws. Je houdt altijd de regie;
- Je bewaakt wettelijke kaders en richtlijnen, de klantvisie en het afdelingsbeleid.
- Je bewaakt klantdossiers waarbij juridisch complexe zaken spelen buiten de standaardprocedures;
- Dagelijkse dossierbehandeling, o.a. het vastleggen en monitoren van afspraken;
- Contact met diverse partijen zoals lokale banken, makelaars, advocaten.
Profiel

- A bachelor or master in the field of technical business, for example electronics, mechanical engineering or technical business administration.

Zo kan een willekeurige werkdag verschijnen: Je werkdag start om 8:00 op een projectlocatie van een klant waar we een installatie aan het monteren zijn van waar onderhoud aan bestaande installaties gepland staat. In de meeste gevallen weet je vooraf hoe en wat je die dag gaat doen. Het kan echter ook voorkomen dat er 's avonds of' s nachts een storage heeft plaatsgevonden bij één van onze klanten die nog niet zijn opgelost / afgerond dient te worden. Dit heeft dan vaak de eerste prioriteit. Als hoogspanningsmonteur werk je bij ENGIE vaak als koppel en ga je dus samen met een collega op pad. Dit maakt het werk niet alleen leuker, maar het is ook veiliger. Bij kleine projecten van klussen zijn jullie vaak solitair aan het werk, maar als de klussen wat groter zijn dan is er begeleiding van een uitvoerder, inbedrijfsteller of werkverantwoordelijke.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het zelfstandig of samen met een collega monteren van alle voorkomende kabelaansluitingen
- Het beoordelen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden voldoen aan de gestelde eisen, de aanbieding en / of het bestek
- Het bijhouden van de werkzaamheden, meer en minderwerk, gedurende de uitvoering op bevestige wijze dat verrekening hiervan met opdrachtgever geen problemen oplevert
- Het verwijderen van aardingen tbv metingen
- Het zelfstandig beproeven van kabels en gemaakte aansluitingen met behulp van specialistische meetapparatuur
- Als Monteur Hoogspanning ben je zelf in staat om te bepalen of de meting een dusdanige uitslag heeft dat inschakelen verantwoord is
- Het actief opvolgen en uitdragen van de actuele veiligheidsinstructies in hoog –en laagspanning installaties t / m 35 kV
- Actief uitdragen van de “ambassadeursrol” in communicatie met opdrachtgever en / of klant en door het leveren van hoge kwaliteit
- Naast hoogspanningswerkzaamheden krijgen wij ook vragen over laagspanningskabels te verleggen of te monteren. Je zal dus breed actief zijn!
Functie-eisen:
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding elektrotechniek op minimaal niveau 4 (bijvoorbeeld energietechniek, TSI of TMI)
- Je bent een vakbekwaam persoon hoogspanning conform NEN-3840 (STIPEL is een pré)
- Je bent in bezit van een VCA vol-diploma
- Je hebt ongeveer 5 jaar werkervaring en kan goed overwegend met het aansluiten van hoogspanningskabels (kabelmoffen, kabelafwerking, etc.)
- Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het uitvoeren en interpreteren van kabelbeproevingen met hoge spanning en 0,1 Hz
- Ervaring met laagspanning is een pré

The Mission
This manager will be responsible for following key area’s: a) connecting to the Advanced Technology group to ensure robust development materials during the very early stage of future developments. These materials can exist out of supply chains supply market options, scouting activities, and market intelligence, b) managing the sourcing role and contribution of the division portfolio of New Product Innovation (NPI) program and Value Engineering/ cost-improvement initiatives (PPI) , c) defining, agreeing and embedding Global Sourcing tools, procedures and systems. The Manager Advanced Sourcing will manage a global team with sourcing representatives in all division sites globally.
The Position
The Advanced Sourcing Manager main responsibilities are:
- Have an up to date strategy and execution plan developing, enhancing and Implementing Sourcing tools, systems and procedures.
- Scouting new technologies in collaboration with Advanced Technology and R&D
- Supports Global R&D / Advanced Technology at the very early stage of new developments and ensure the sourcing deliverables at our PMP gates
- Manage global team with team of Sourcing Project Leads in multiple MSD locations
- Manage process and pipeline of VAVE and Cost improvement initiatives from supply base and align on commitment for project execution resources
- Perform on Supply Base intelligence (market, region, technology).
- Manage key/critical new supplier relations which are not yet dedicated to a Commodity.
- Member of the Sourcing management team
- Contributing to the overall MSD Sourcing strategy
- Actively involve in and maintain a sourcing network within ThermoFisher globally in order to align on global company sourcing processes and deploy /implement company Best Practices
The Requirements
This position is ideal for a person that has a proven track record of being able to work in complex and fast changing environment. The successful candidate should be used to working with projects of large scope and be able to set priorities. Ideally, the individual should have a background in logistics or development in design & manufacturing of high-tech systems equipment.
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
- Typically requires 15 + years of experience of which ~ 8 years in a leadership role.
- Technical University degree is required (other advanced degree is preferred) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills
