Functieomschrijving
De Manager Accounting rapporteert aan Head of Finance & Internal Control, en geeft leiding aan ca 9 FTE. Jij speelt daarnaast een belangrijke rol bij het verder professionaliseren en optimaliseren van de finance processen en efficiency. Jij bent in staat om over de grenzen van de eigen discipline heen te kijken en zo een bijdrage te leveren aan de optimalisatie van de gehele financiële afdeling. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan het accounting team;
- Sparringpartner voor en verbindende factor tussen het eigen team en verschillende afdelingen;
- Betrokken bij verschillende efficiency en IT projecten zoals het verder vormgeven van Robotics;
- Verantwoordelijk voor financiële administratie, periodieke afsluiting en rapportages van verschillende entiteiten;
- Zorgdragen voor de analyse van gegevens en ontwikkelen van managementrapportages;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van interne controles op juistheid van data.
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde relevante economische WO opleiding, RA kwalificatie is een pré;

Mediq is een belangrijke speler in de internationale zorg. Iedere dag verbeteren zij de kwaliteit van leven van miljoenen mensen. Mediq levert medische hulpmiddelen en zorgoplossingen. Thuis, via huisartsen, in ziekenhuizen of andere zorginstellingen. Op het hoofdkantoor in Utrecht legt Mediq de basis voor de dienstverlening aan haar klanten. Zij hebben contact met klanten, zorgprofessionals, verzekeraars en leveranciers. Dagelijks helpen en informeren zij vanuit Utrecht duizenden klanten. Met de afdeling Klantcontact is Utrecht het kloppend hart van de organisatie. Utrecht is ook het (internationale) hoofdkantoor van Mediq. Hier vind je de groepsdirectie en internationale stafafdelingen zoals finance en IT. Tot slot vind je in Utrecht de directie van de Mediq Nederland-organisatie en de Nederlandse stafafdelingen zoals finance, HR, communicatie en kwaliteit. Functieomschrijving
De Manager Accounting rapporteert aan Head of Finance & Internal Control, en geeft leiding aan ca 9 FTE. Jij speelt daarnaast een belangrijke rol bij het verder professionaliseren en optimaliseren van de finance processen en efficiency. Jij bent in staat om over de grenzen van de eigen discipline heen te kijken en zo een bijdrage te leveren aan de optimalisatie van de gehele financiële afdeling. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan het accounting team;
- Sparringpartner voor en verbindende factor tussen het eigen team en verschillende afdelingen;
- Betrokken bij verschillende efficiency en IT projecten zoals het verder vormgeven van Robotics;
- Verantwoordelijk voor financiële administratie, periodieke afsluiting en rapportages van verschillende entiteiten;
- Zorgdragen voor de analyse van gegevens en ontwikkelen van managementrapportages;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van interne controles op juistheid van data.
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde relevante economische WO opleiding, RA kwalificatie is een pré;
- Minimaal 7-9 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële, dynamische organisatie;
- Ervaring met efficiency / IT projecten en veranderingstrajecten;
- Sterke accounting technische basis;
- Ervaring met SAP en kennis van IFRS;
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Combineert een uitstekende analytische skill set met goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris: €70.000 - €85.000;
- 26,5 vakantiedagen;
- Bonusregeling;
