Your Profile

THE GOAL

The aim of the Marketing Manager position is to develop, coordinate and implement our marketing strategy at a local level as well as executing campaigns that reach and engage our target audience, communicating our message effectively.

Working closely with our key retail partner, this role will be responsible for delivering across full 360° marketing channels, including points of sale, PR and digital to deliver marketing excellence.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Execute the annual marketing plans for the local market, responsible for all marketing activities, budgets and results
  • Contribute to the development of the overall local marketing strategy
  • Actively participate in marketing projects and campaigns ensuring marketing excellence in the delivery of marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create engaging customer-focused campaign content
  • Review the performance of marketing campaigns and share insights with wider marketing team
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with our partners and retail partner
  • Work on product pricing and price changes with our retail partner
  • Work on new product development (NPD)
  • Work closely with the local operations team to support them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Monitor and analyse market and competitor marketing activity
  • Along with the operations team, represent the company at marketing/PR events
  • Manage, coordinate and work with our third party creative & marketing agencies
  • Participate in Country or Cross-country projects where necessary

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant marketing experience in a similar position within the food & beverage/ hospitality / retail industry preferably in-house
  • You can demonstrate strong Marketing and Communications knowledge
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent level of education / experience
  • You have a strong understanding of analysing marketing data and reports, using campaign results to influence your approach to market
  • A person that can bring ideas to life, taking them from concept to launch
  • You are financially literate with a strong understanding of the impact that marketing has on the financial performance of the business
  • Effective problem solver with ability to think outside the box, looking for new opportunities, new entrances to market
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Open minded, creative, passionate, strong in on-off line, flexible
  • Willingness to work outside office hours when needed and to travel in the country
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly productive team
  • Fluent Dutch is mandatory, and fluent English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are advantageous.

What you will be doing: We are hiring a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the marketing department. You will be end responsible for all marketing activities of Fixico in Europe and reporting directly to the board. You will spearhead scaling Fixico in its current and new markets by establishing an industry-leading brand, planning lead generation campaigns, and enabling sales to be successful at closing deals with the right assets. You will be responsible for both the supply (body repair shops) and demand (fleets, insurance-, leasing- and rental-companies) side of Fixico’s platform. In this role, you will be part of the Leadership team and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO/Founder and CCO. Heb je weleens ‘iets’ met marketing gedaan, dan is de kans groot dat je ons kent. De NIMA Diploma’s staan voor de standaard in marketingkennis. Zelfs voor veel buitenstaanders zijn ze een begrip. Wat niet iedereen weet is dat NIMA een beroepsvereniging is: een verzameling mensen en bedrijven die werken in marketing, communicatie en/of sales. Iedereen kan lid worden van NIMA.   • Je hebt ervaring met het editen van video’s
  • Uitstekend in Nederlands zowel in woord als geschrift
