Wat doe je bij TenneT?

Als relatiebeheerder bij het team Licensing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en behartigen van TenneT's belangen bij wijzigingen in ruimtelijke plannen en het vergunningenbeheer. Met de komst van de Omgevingswet verandert de manier van werken, en staat het realiseren en behouden van de goede relatie met gemeentes centraal.
Je werkt samen met je vakkundige en gedreven collega's aan het publiekrechtelijke beheer van onze bestaande hoogspanningsinfrastructuur. Binnen jouw regio ben je hèt gezicht van TenneT voor alle vragen van overheden over ons hoogspanningsnet. Je zoekt zowel binnen TenneT als met de bevoegde gezagen de verbinding om tot een optimale borging van onze assets te komen. Hierbij denk je alvast vooruit om ook toekomstige ontwikkelingen mogelijk te maken. De transitie van de huidige wetgeving naar de Omgevingswet speelt daar een belangrijke rol bij.
Naast het leveren van inhoudelijke expertise en ondersteuning op je vakgebied assisteer je adviseurs Ruimtelijke Ordening en (milieu)Vergunningen, projectleiders en afdelingsmanagement. Tegelijkertijd werk je mee aan het verder ontwikkelen en vormgeven van de activiteiten en processen binnen de afdeling Real Estate Management.
Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:
• Het opbouwen en onderhouden van de relatie met gemeentes en andere relevante overheden (zoals provincie of waterschap);
• Implementeren van de wijzigingen die de Omgevingswet meebrengt in processen en werkwijzen;
• Deelnemen aan vooroverleg en participatietrajecten;
• Beoordelen van ruimtelijke plannen ( zoals bestemmingsplannen, omgevingsplannen, inpassingsplannen, ruilverkavelingen, verordeningen, natuurbeheerplannen etc);
• Mocht na de beoordeling een reactie van TenneT nodig zijn, dien je zienswijzen in en ondersteun je onze Legal afdeling in eventuele beroepsprocedures.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Je hebt een relevante afgeronde HBO opleiding;
• Je hebt minimaal 1-3 jaar relevante ervaring met de verschillende ruimtelijke plannen en vergunningen. Affiniteit met publiekrechtelijke vraagstukken van netbeheerders is hierbij een pré;
• Je bent in staat de belangen van TenneT te behartigen bij lokale overheden met behoud van de relatie en je hebt oog voor het grotere geheel;
• Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden;
• Je plant en organiseert zelfstandig en op eigen initiatief het eigen werk op effectieve wijze, mede in afstemming met anderen;
• Je bent gewend om zorgvuldig, accuraat en nauwkeurig te werken;

Wat bieden we jou?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Daarnaast signaleer je marketing kansen en denk je actief mee bij het opzetten van marketingcampagnes, en weet je het product sterk neer te zetten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten. 
  • Je leest je in het product in, test de plugin op je eigen test site en bent op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van SEO.
  • Jij beschikt over een stel haviksogen want je checkt onze product marketing uitingen zoals video's en afbeeldingen en behoudt hierin overzicht. Je verplaatst je daarbij echt in onze gebruiker: waar loopt onze gebruiker tegenaan, wat zijn de symptomen en welke oplossing is nodig?
  • Je betrekt de interne organisatie bij product releases en brengt waar nodig teams met elkaar in verbinding. 

Wie ben jij? 

  • Je beschikt over HBO of WO werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting marketing of communicatie of een soortgelijke richting. 
  • Het is een grote pré als je kennis van SEO en ervaring met WordPress hebt.
  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring met product marketing. 
  • Je hebt affiniteit en kennis van online marketing.

We are looking for a Northern Associate Marketing Manager, responsible for driving the growth of Brand & Categories in Benelux & Nordics, through the adoption of EMEA & Cluster initiatives (brand, customer or channel) and excellence in operational plan execution. You will focus on driving new business, increasing cross category penetration and driving loyalty in support of the sales organization in the local market (B2B environment).

Role Accountabilities

Channel Marketing

  • Partners with Cluster Marketing to develop the country annual plan for assigned customers, based on distributor segmentation and leverages Category Foundations to deliver growth targets for assigned Channel Partners  
  • Drives distributor growth by participating in development of JBP, distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence / Sales, including category performance, customer base evolution (i.e. Churn, new business, etc.) and DSR performance tracking

Customer Marketing

  • Partners with Cluster Marketing to execute omnichannel digital demand generation campaigns, commercial programs & sales promotions through the channel and with the sales organization to deliver ABP objectives for acquisition / penetration / retention
  • Partners with Capability to empower the sales organization in key Marketing campaigns to be done & insights associated with appropriate market segments to improve sales closure rates

Brand Marketing

  • Partners with Country Sales leader to develop the annual plan (ABP)
  • Partners with Commercialization & Cluster marketing to execute the commercialization of innovation, renovation, BFS/LCM and product changes for the country
  • Partners with Commercialization & Cluster Marketing to execute product assortment strategy for key channel partners
  • Works with channel partners to design & execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categories, leveraging the data in the PIM, driving promotion and DSR incentives.

Standard Work

  • Adopts digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM, digital demand and account-based campaigns from the Cluster Marketing team
  • Leverages marketing content available in the Digital Asset Management System where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the DAM System
  • Tracks the performance & measures ROI of marketing programs
  • Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and propose and adjust marketing programs
  • Populates the country pricing list
  • Be the local business partner to build KA and Channel marketing plan including tender, promotional requests, price increase & out of stock communications, literature management
  • Manages assigned local marketing budget within CFIs
  • Handles all translation process

Education & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior

We are looking for a Northern Associate Marketing Manager, responsible for driving the growth of Brand & Categories in Benelux & Nordics, through the adoption of EMEA & Cluster initiatives (brand, customer or channel) and excellence in operational plan execution. You will focus on driving new business, increasing cross category penetration and driving loyalty in support of the sales organization in the local market (B2B environment). 

Reporting directly to the Western Europe Cluster Marketing Team leader, you will be an individual contributor.

Role Accountabilities

Channel Marketing

  • Partners with Cluster Marketing to develop the country annual plan for assigned customers, based on distributor segmentation and leverages Category Foundations to deliver growth targets for assigned Channel Partners  
  • Drives distributor growth by participating in development of JBP, distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence / Sales, including category performance, customer base evolution (i.e. Churn, new business, etc.) and DSR performance tracking

Customer Marketing

  • Partners with Cluster Marketing to execute omnichannel digital demand generation campaigns, commercial programs & sales promotions through the channel and with the sales organization to deliver ABP objectives for acquisition / penetration / retention
  • Partners with Capability to empower the sales organization in key Marketing campaigns to be done & insights associated with appropriate market segments to improve sales closure rates

Brand Marketing

  • Partners with Country Sales leader to develop the annual plan (ABP)
  • Partners with Commercialization & Cluster marketing to execute the commercialization of innovation, renovation, BFS/LCM and product changes for the country
  • Partners with Commercialization & Cluster Marketing to execute product assortment strategy for key channel partners
  • Works with channel partners to design & execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categories, leveraging the data in the PIM, driving promotion and DSR incentives.

Standard Work

  • Adopts digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM, digital demand and account-based campaigns from the Cluster Marketing team
  • Leverages marketing content available in the Digital Asset Management System where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the DAM System
  • Tracks the performance & measures ROI of marketing programs
  • Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and propose and adjust marketing programs
  • Populates the country pricing list
  • Be the local business partner to build KA and Channel marketing plan including tender, promotional requests, price increase & out of stock communications, literature management
  • Manages assigned local marketing budget within CFIs
  • Handles all translation process

Education & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior
  • Marketing Mix understanding
  • P&L management
  • Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities

Preferred:

  • Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in managing e-commerce customers

Commercial / Functional Skills

  • Strong business & organizational acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset etc.
