Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair wordt het jouw opdracht om content te ontwikkelen voor de wervingsdoelgroepen van onze opdrachtgevers. Waar je dan aan kunt denken? Bijvoorbeeld aan vacatureteksten, blogs, teksten voor een werken-bij website, of social media updates voor een wervingscampagne. Wij werken voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers als T-Mobile, Miele en VGZ. Afwisselend? Zeker! De ene keer probeer je met jouw tekst een Monteur Elektrotechniek te motiveren op een vacature te solliciteren. De andere keer interesseer je IT-ers in het werken bij een zorgverzekeraar.

De opdracht begint vaak met een intake met de opdrachtgever. Deze bereid je goed voor. Het is jouw kans om alles te vragen wat je wilt weten. Tijdens het schrijven verplaats je je in de doelgroep en pas je inhoud en stijl daarop aan. Natuurlijk houd je ook rekening met de tone-of-voice van de klant. Dit doe je uiteraard niet alleen, maar samen met onze Recruitment Marketeers. Het contact met de klant doen jullie altijd samen. Ook reviewen we elkaars teksten om tot het beste resultaat te komen én om continu van elkaar te blijven leren.

De komende tijd staan er ook projecten op de planning om copywriting op een structurele manier voor onze klanten vorm te geven. Zoals bijvoorbeeld templates en schrijfwijzers. We zijn benieuwd naar jouw ideeën. Hoe ga jij ons en onze klanten verrassen?

Waarom dit de stage is die je zoekt?

Omdat je als volwaardig teamlid gaat meedraaien in Team Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie! Tijdelijk weliswaar, maar net zo leuk en waardevol als de rest. Ook krijg je tijdens je stage behoorlijk veel verantwoordelijkheid. Maar natuurlijk laten wij je niet in het diepe vallen. Eén van onze ervaren Recruitment Marketeers zorgt voor de juiste begeleiding. Momenteel werken wij allemaal vanuit huis maar dat weerhoudt ons er niet van er een leuke stageperiode van te maken. Met Team AMC óf met alle collega’s van EN zorgen we regelmatig voor virtuele borrels en Kahoot quizzen.


Daarnaast kun je van ons het volgende verwachten:

As the Marketing Manager you will primarily help grow brand awareness and familiarity among potential new recruits, attracting qualified leads worldwide. You will make sure that the absolute top talents in Tech and Trading know who we are and why IMC is a great place to work. Partnering with the HR/ Recruitment team, Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Managers from others IMC offices and Global Head of Marketing, you will manage all local marketing initiatives. Your main focus will be recruitment marketing; you will be in the lead for all campus and experienced-hire recruitment including events (in-house, campus, online), EDMs, careers site upkeep and merchandising management. Besides that, you will be taking on internal marketing projects as well as marketing around our sales activities and team.
This role is both strategic as well as operational, some specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the guardian of the IMC brand, ensuring it is used in all our marketing activities, both internal and external;

  • You will work closely with our recruitment team and external parties to develop and execute online (and other) lead generating brand & recruitment campaigns as well as other marketing communication activities to increase brand awareness;

  • You will create the yearly and quarterly (strategic) marketing plan, manage the campaign budget and lead the analysis of KPIs and ROIs;

  • Social media strategy, creating, curating and communicating content across all IMC platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)

  • IMC merchandising coordination, driving and upholding branding guidelines

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 7+ years of working experience in (partly) similar role.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Communications, Digital Communication, or Marketing.

  • Experience with development of recruitment campaigns

  • A proven ability to pivot between hands-on creation and managing long-term projects

  • A versatile collaboration and relationship-building toolkit

THE GOAL

Binnen ons Team Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie liggen er veel kansen op gebied van copywriting. Wat dacht je van het schrijven van vacatureteksten, landingspagina’s en content voor social media? Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair wordt het jouw opdracht om content te ontwikkelen voor de wervingsdoelgroepen van onze opdrachtgevers. Waar je dan aan kunt denken? Bijvoorbeeld aan vacatureteksten, blogs, teksten voor een werken-bij website, of social media updates voor een wervingscampagne. Wij werken voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers als T-Mobile, Miele en VGZ. Afwisselend? Zeker! De ene keer probeer je met jouw tekst een Monteur Elektrotechniek te motiveren op een vacature te solliciteren. De andere keer interesseer je IT-ers in het werken bij een zorgverzekeraar.

De opdracht begint vaak met een intake met de opdrachtgever. Deze bereid je goed voor. Het is jouw kans om alles te vragen wat je wilt weten. Tijdens het schrijven verplaats je je in de doelgroep en pas je inhoud en stijl daarop aan. Natuurlijk houd je ook rekening met de tone-of-voice van de klant. Dit doe je uiteraard niet alleen, maar samen met onze Recruitment Marketeers. Het contact met de klant doen jullie altijd samen. Ook reviewen we elkaars teksten om tot het beste resultaat te komen én om continu van elkaar te blijven leren.

De komende tijd staan er ook projecten op de planning om copywriting op een structurele manier voor onze klanten vorm te geven. Zoals bijvoorbeeld templates en schrijfwijzers. We zijn benieuwd naar jouw ideeën. Hoe ga jij ons en onze klanten verrassen?

Waarom dit de stage is die je zoekt?

Omdat je als volwaardig teamlid gaat meedraaien in Team Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie! Tijdelijk weliswaar, maar net zo leuk en waardevol als de rest. Ook krijg je tijdens je stage behoorlijk veel verantwoordelijkheid. Maar natuurlijk laten wij je niet in het diepe vallen. Eén van onze ervaren Recruitment Marketeers zorgt voor de juiste begeleiding. Momenteel werken wij allemaal vanuit huis maar dat weerhoudt ons er niet van er een leuke stageperiode van te maken. Wie ben jij?

Een enthousiaste student met een passie voor copywriting. Je vindt het interessant om je in te leven in de belevingswereld van verschillende doelgroepen en daar passende content voor te maken. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je overzicht kunt houden en planmatig te werk gaat. Affiniteit met recruitment of arbeidsmarktcommunicatie is mooi meegenomen.
