Wat ga je doen?
Na een gedegen inwerkperiode ben jij de persoon die zorgdraagt voor:

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud op werktuigbouwkundig vlak, waarbij je eveneens verantwoordelijk bent voor het opstellen van planningen op het gebied van mens en techniek;
  • Het aandragen van verbeter ideeën om toekomstige reparaties en storingen te voorkomen;
  • Het in kaart brengen en analyseren van storingen;
  • Het aandragen van verbeter ideeën, zowel op technisch- als op menselijk vlak;
  • Het inbedrijfstellen en afstellen van nieuwe productiemachines, waarbij jij zelf zorgt voor een overzichtelijke planning;
  • Het inspireren van jouw collega's met jouw kennis en kunde;
  • Het inplannen van monteurs en opstellen van onderhoudsplanningen.
    Je hebt daarnaast intensief contact met de maintenance manager van jouw afdeling, waarmee je spart over ideeën, planningen en budgetten. Dit doe je tijdens een 36-urige werkweek in dagdienst, waarbij het sporadisch kan voorkomen dat je wordt opgeroepen voor een storing.

Functie-eisen Het is niet niks wat wij van jou vragen. Naast jouw kennis en expertise op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde binnen een multidisciplinair team dien je als professional ook over de nodige communicatieve vaardigheden te beschikken.

Functiebeschrijving Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan de machines in de motorenfabriek.

  • Continu verbeteren van machinebesturingen
  • Het oplossen van storingen aan industriële pc systemen, ethernet netwerken, profibus netwerken en CNC/PLC besturingen

Your tasks and responsibilities

The Operations Readiness Manager represents Grid Field Operations Offshore (GFO-O) in large offshore projects by ensuring that operational prerequisites are duly presented to the project and tangibly followed up in the subsequent phases of the project. Furthermore, the Operations Readiness Manager carries responsibility for involving GFO-O representatives in relevant project phases and steers a smooth and controlled handover to operations, including the closing of open points, integration of documentation in the relevant systems and the initiation of the maintenance and warranty processes.

  • Natural ability to share knowledge and experience to improve the operational readiness of upcoming assets; 
  • Being the lead for the Readiness Steering Team for the (new) grid connection, and being a temporary member of the Grid Connection Steering Team after handover

Your profile

  • Engineering degree on BSc or MSc level with at least 5 year of relevant work experience;
  • Established and accepted technical leader, able to effectively work in multi-cultural (subcontractor) teams in both the on shore and off shore domain; 
  • Calm and collected, balanced interpersonal communication skills; 
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling and reporting of maintenance and repair work across a range of disciplines; 
  • Affinity with switching operations in high voltage installations; 
  • Solid technical background and experience with electrical (LV, HV, GIS) and / or mechanical systems (HVA/C, Foam and Gas Fire Fighting and other aux systems) and other offshore installations; 
  • Language skills in both Dutch and English, verbal and in writing, at Level B2 (confident) or higher; 
  • Experienced in working in project environments;

The Role:

We are hiring a Senior Expert in Trade Compliance for the EMEA region who will be responsible for providing trade and customs support to Logitech’s global operations and sales network. In this role you will report directly to the Senior Manager Trade Compliance EMEA & AMR and be given autonomy to manage the EMEA Trade Compliance activities as the main contact for the various internal and external stakeholders in this region. Additionally, you will support the Global Trade Compliance Services team in meeting the corporate worldwide trade compliance policies, regional policies and supply chain/logistics functions.

The Team:

The Global Trade Compliance Team at Logitech provide trade and customs support to Logitech’s global operations and sales network. The team ensures that Logitech’s transactions satisfy legal requirements to file complete and accurate export and import declarations with local customs and other government authorities for international shipments. They are responsible for procedures for assigning and reporting correct and accurate import and export classifications, customs values, and country or origin. These data elements are used by local customs, tax, or other government authorities to determine, among other things, the rate of duty, the amount of duty and tax, and the exportability/admissibility of the shipment.  This is a diverse team spanning the US, Brazil, the Netherlands, and China.

Responsibilities: 
• Monitoring Regional Customs and Trade Compliance Regulatory Changes
• Conduct pre/post entry compliance audits and interface with brokers to determine
correct classification, valuation, country of origin
• Create marketplace specific Rationales as input reference for the rule writers
• To audit the results of the Rule writers and ensure the rule achieves expected accuracy
• Maintaining and managing import and export records to ensure company compliance
with Customs regulations
• Manually classify products with HTS/ECCN codes based on business requirements
• Denied Party Screening and FCPA Screening
• Provide Tariff engineering support to the business units as needed;
• Mentor/train overall team to improve metrics (efficiency, quality) and progress to next
level functionally by sharing knowledge
• Identifies gaps and drives improvement/ optimization initiatives that work toward a
metric improvement within processes/functions at site level
• Develops processes or tool components with documented SOPs for new processes or
activities undertaken by the function
In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, you will be expected to take on a larger organizational role. These can include tasks such as:

  • Responsible for productivity, quality, and coverage metrics goals

  • Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions

  • Deep dive into a problem, performs ‘root cause analysis,’ and identifies constraints and recommend solutions to fix business problems

  • University degree in any discipline

  • Extensive (practical) experience with EU Customs law

Ideally, these additional skills: 

  • Retail industry experience

  • Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.

  • Familiarity with SQL.

Sourcing

• Manage an evaluation process to assess supplier capabilities, financial stability, and on-going performance 

Consolidations accounting
• Perform various accounting projects as assigned
• Hyperion, Oracle, GL accounting experience
• Understanding of Dutch local GAAP, IFRS and the differences between them
• Conceptual understanding of intercompany arrangements
• Provide statutory Audit support and coordination with corporate team for European subsidiaries
