Position Summary
The position of Science Account Manager is responsible for generating business and educating potential clients on the various Oxford recruitment service offerings. This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding client relations and client numbers in your personal account and to grow the number of contractors per client. Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop potential clients and possible new markets by executing a Territory Management Plan, conducting cold calls and personal client visits and tracking hiring trends.
  • Conduct sales presentations of features, benefits and cost advantages of Oxford services.
  • Utilise the client and candidate contact management system. This includes documentation of all client, candidate and contract employee information in the database.
  • Adhere to predetermined weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) set by management and review sales performance providing management with data to support this.
  • Increase job orders by identifying immediate staffing needs, making accurate and rapid quotations, negotiating agreements, and working cooperatively with recruiting to satisfy clients' requirements.
  • Communicate in a timely manner to branch team members about all staffing needs and new business leads and provide support to the Recruitment team where appropriate.
  • Supply clients and prospects with Oxford sales materials customised to their current and potential needs.
  • Follow-up frequently with decision makers to build relationships and generate new business within a specified territory. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all applicable government, accrediting agency, and client-specific contractual laws/requirements.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assignments placed and the contractors at the client location. Regular quality control calls to employees every 1-2 weeks. Provide guidance and coaching to employees to ensure assignment success. As needed, ending assignments as requested by clients or employees. This also includes in person visits to the employee and client as needed to ensure assignment communication and management. Participate in various networking events such as attending exhibitions and professional society groups within the scientific community, representing Oxford.
  • Gather market, competitor and customer information to allow you to identify trends within the market and to act on these and to make recommendations about potential marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support to the recruitment staff when there are absences in the team
  • Work closely with and ensuring accurate communications to the payroll and finance team regarding orders and payments.
  • Develop and evolve a sales plan showing on-going requirements and progress towards fulfilment

What You’ll Do:

  • Be responsible for direct account management of several Key Accounts, with a focus on the DACH market;
  • Ensure the business goals that your accounts have in mind using our software solution are met as efficiently and effectively as possible;
  • Liaise between our Product Development team, Key Account Management team, and your accounts;
  • Participate in activities of the sales process together with the Enterprise Sales team to grow the DACH market;

Your Typical Day:

  • First on your agenda for the day is a catch-up with the contact person from your main account to brainstorm a new flow for online member sign-up;
  • After a great meeting, you are ready to present an onsite training to the team from a newly transferred club;
  • Post-lunch, you'll read the latest Product Release notes to catch up on exciting newly launched features for your accounts and test these within your own demo portal;

Description
As part of the retail sales team, The Key Account Manager position is focused on managing the Jumbo customer account in the Netherlands. You'll be working in a high performing team, always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Customer Group Manager and supporting the Business and profitable growth will be your primary responsibility
In brief, your responsibilities will be to:
* Manage relationships and grow sales to the Jumbo customer accounts
* Initiate commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance
* Develop the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer account
* Grow the business for your own customer/category combination
Key Outputs
* Suggest appropriate products and services according to customer needs
* Respond to more complex customer enquiries
* Build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
* Identify opportunities through your analytical skills e.g. Nielsen/IRI of GFK
* Refer sales opportunities and customer feedback, to internal organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
* Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
* Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met
Profile
  • At least a Bachelor degree on university level
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a commercial role
  • Proven experience in FMCG
  • Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • Excellent communications skills in both Dutch and English
  • Strong Project Management skillset; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder development skills
  • Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results and lead independently of age/role
  • Can do attitude and hands on mentality

Description

As the Key Account Manager Netherlands - On Trade, you will be reporting to the Sales Director Belux and your main responsibilities will include ensuring customer retention and developing new accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility of negotiation of the yearly agreement following Company guidelines, full responsibility to establish win-win relationship with on trade key account customers (Sligro, Metro, Hanos ,…) in order to develop profitable business relationships
  • Negotiate and follow up a variety of business levers (promotion, assortment, innovation, visibility, etc..) with key accounts
  • As a true representative of our brands, you provide useful field information and report your activity to your customers
  • You manage customer budgets as well as sales animation and brand merchandising
  • Follow up and negotiate with the various accounts
  • Implement the commercial policy (pricing policy, sales conditions, distribution networks and methods, brand policy, etc.)
  • Collect information on the competition (markets, figures)
  • Participate in the development of the commercial strategy
