They felt that they could not put enough quality into the projects. They also wanted to make a greater impact on the customer. They made the move five years ago. This creative agency makes beautiful Digital campaigns. They always focus on three pillars. Digital transformation, product & services, and Content & campaigns.
The head office is located in Amsterdam, close to the central station. They also have an office in Barcelona. You can feel that this company is supported by creatives. There is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and everything is equipped with the most modern gadgets. It employs a total of 75 employees. In addition to the smaller projects, they also have a large regular clientele. They do a lot for Polestar, ABN AMRO and KLM. They have carried out several award winning projects for these companies.
When a company puts out a question, a dedicated team goes to location to discuss the entire journey. This starts with a consultancy. In the second step everything is put into production. This is where you come in. Together with your Srum team, you think about how you can best express the ideas. Project-based work is often thought to be short-term projects (lasting a few weeks). Here it differs enormously. For example, there are a number of projects that the developers have been working on for more than a year. This way one can really put quality in the code.
Naturally, a fixed stack is used. Yet people are very open to new tools and techniques. If you can properly argue why a new / different technique can be applied for a project, you will have the opportunity to implement it. As a Javascript developer you will work a lot with Typescript and ReactjS. It is therefore important that you already have a good grasp of this. Because customers rely on beautiful products, it is nice if you have a feeling for UX and graphic design.

Javascript Developer
Dit bedrijf is 10 jaar geleden opgericht als digitaal productiebedrijf. Aanvankelijk voerden zij voor marketingbureaus projecten uit die 4 tot 10 weken duurden. Echter, in dat businessmodel konden zij hun ei toch niet kwijt. Men voelde dat zij niet genoeg kwaliteit konden leveren en geen lange termijn impact maken bij de klant. Vijf jaar geleden zijn zij daarom getransformeerd naar een creatief bureau dat Fullstack Digitale Campagnes maakt.. Hierbij richten ze zich altijd op drie pijlers: Digitale Transformatie, Product & Services, en Content & Campaigns.
Het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam ligt vlak bij het Centraal Station. Daarnaast hebben ze ook een kantoor in Barcelona. Op kantoor hangt een heerlijk ontspannen sfeer en alles is van de modernste snufjes voorzien. Je merkt echt dat je in een creatieve omgeving terecht komt. In totaal werken er 75 medewerkers. Naast de kleinere projecten hebben ze ook een grote vaste klantenkring. Zo doen ze veel voor Polestar, ABN AMRO en KLM. Meerdere van deze projecten hebben (internationale) awards gewonnen.
Wanneer een nieuw project gestart wordt, gaat een speciaal consulting team op locatie de hele journey te bespreken. Bij de tweede stap wordt alles in productie gebracht. Hier kom jij aan bod. Samen met je Scrumteam bedenk je hoe je de ideeën van het consulting team en de klant het beste tot uiting kan laten komen. Bij projectmatig werken wordt vaak gedacht dat het om kortlopende projecten (van enkele weken) gaat. Bij dit bureau niet. Er zijn projecten waar de ontwikkelaars meer dan een jaar aan werken. Zo kan men echt kwaliteit leggen in de code en het eindproduct.
Uiteraard maakt men gebruik van een vaste Javascript, Typescript React en Node.js stack. Toch staat men heel erg open voor nieuwe tools en technieken. Als jij goed kan beargumenteren waarom er een nieuwe/ andere techniek toegepast kan worden voor een project, krijg je de kans om dit uit te voeren. Er wordt dus gezocht naar mensen die altijd op zoek zijn naar nieuwe technieken en die hun mond open durven trekken.
Als Javascript Developer zal je veel met Typescript en React.js gaan werken. Het is dus belangrijk dat je dit al aardig in de vingers hebt. Voorheen deed men veel met PHP in de backend, hier kom je af en toe nog iets van tegen. Tegenwoordig werkt men meer met NodeJS. Daarbij is iedereen er op ingesteld dat ze zoveel mogelijk willen automatiseren. Omdat klanten ‘aan’ gaan op mooie producten is het fijn als je feeling hebt voor UX en Graphic Design.

Medior Javascript Developer
Onze klant, opgericht in 2001, maakt deel uit van een grote groep bedrijven die allen gericht zijn op IT in de juridische sector. De oprichters zagen dat werknemers in notariële kantoren vaak te maken hebben met herhalende processen. Uiteraard lenen dit soort processen zich voor automatisering. Omdat de oprichters veel marktkennis hebben houden zij het product gebruiksvriendelijk en weten zij welke behoefte vervuld dient te worden door de eindklant.
Het kantoor bevindt zich net buiten Gouda, dicht bij de snelweg maar er stopt ook een bus voor de deur. De werknemers van dit bedrijf zijn een hechte en informele club van 20 professionals. Ondanks de sector waar men in werkt loopt niemand hier in een pak rond en is er weinig hiërarchie op de werkvloer. Men houdt hier van weinig poespas en focust zich op wat echt belangrijk is: de beste software maken.
Het product dat onze klant ontwikkelt is een pakket waarmee processen in advocaten- en notariskantoren geautomatiseerd worden. Denk hierbij aan het importeren van gegevens uit databases van de KvK, de GBA, kadaster en rechtbanken maar ook algemene administratie en facturatie. Het product is ontwikkeld in Eclipse en maakt gebruik van het Servoy platform voor de development en deployment, waarin OOP Javascript gebruikt wordt.
Omdat er veel vraag is naar webbased software vanuit de markt is men dit jaar begonnen met het product aan te bieden als een SaaS waarvoor een nieuw portaal en mobiele applicatie ontwikkeld wordt. Voor deze nieuwe functionaliteiten worden Node.JS, ReactJS en AngularJS gebruikt.
Als Medior Javascript Developer wordt er van je verwacht dat je jouw code volgens het KISS-principe schrijft. Code moet volgens jou simpel en makkelijk te onderhouden zijn. Je gaat gestructureerd te werk en vindt het leuk om nieuwe technologieën te onderzoeken.
Voor de Medior Javascript Developer liggen er twee uitdagingen. De eerste uitdaging is het door ontwikkelen van het bestaande product. Tevens zal je betrokken worden in het doorgronden en refactoren van de oude codebase. In de loop der jaren is daar een spaghetti ontstaan die uit elkaar gehaald moet worden en vernieuwd waar nodig.
De tweede uitdaging is het meewerken aan de nieuwe mobiele applicatie en het SaaS-portaal. Voor deze nieuwe applicaties is men in Q2 begonnen met het schrijven van de PoC en men verwacht in Q3 te kunnen beginnen met het ontwikkelen.
Het team waar je in komt te werken bestaat uit 7 ontwikkelaars. Zij werken onder leiding van de Technisch Directeur en Development Manager.

  • HBO Werk- en denkniveau (motivatie is belangrijker dan diploma’s)

Als JavaScript Developer bij Solease bouw je mee aan de stap van een scale-up naar een opgeschaald bedrijf. Jouw Takenpakket:

This company was founded 10 years ago as a production company. Projects lasting 4 to 10 weeks were carried out for marketing agencies. They felt that they could not put enough quality into the projects. They also wanted to make a greater impact on the customer. They made the move five years ago. This creative agency makes beautiful Digital campaigns. They always focus on three pillars. Digital transformation, product & services, and Content & campaigns.
 
The head office is located in Amsterdam, close to the central station. They also have an office in Barcelona. You can feel that this company is supported by creatives. There is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and everything is equipped with the most modern gadgets. It employs a total of 75 employees. In addition to the smaller projects, they also have a large regular clientele. They do a lot for Polestar, ABN AMRO and KLM. They have carried out several award winning projects for these companies.
 
When a company puts out a question, a dedicated team goes to location to discuss the entire journey. This starts with a consultancy. In the second step everything is put into production. This is where you come in. Together with your Srum team, you think about how you can best express the ideas. Project-based work is often thought to be short-term projects (lasting a few weeks). Here it differs enormously. For example, there are a number of projects that the developers have been working on for more than a year. This way one can really put quality in the code.
Naturally, a fixed stack is used. Yet people are very open to new tools and techniques. If you can properly argue why a new / different technique can be applied for a project, you will have the opportunity to implement it. So people are looking for people who are always looking for new techniques and who dare to open their mouths.
 
As a Javascript developer you will work a lot with Typescript and ReactjS. It is therefore important that you already have a good grasp of this. Previously, people did a lot with PHP in the backend, you occasionally come across something of this. Nowadays people work a lot with NodeJS. Everyone is set up to automate as much as possible. Because customers rely on beautiful products, it is nice if you have a feeling for UX and graphic design.

Developer Profile:
 
• At least 3 years of experience as a Front-end Developer
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, Typescript HTML5, CSS3 and NodeJS
• Experience with Nodejs and Reactjs
• Experience with Agile / SCRUM
• Experience with Backend PHP is an advantage
• Knowledge of DOM-APis
• You have a feeling for UX and Graphic Design
• You are a proactive team player
• You master the Dutch language in word and writing
