Maintain accurate customer account records, including contact information, credit limits, payment terms, and payment history; Monitor customer payment behaviour and follow up on late payments or delinquent accounts; Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures that ensure timely payment from customers while minimising bad debt risk; Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes and maintain positive customer relationships; Perform credit assessments on new and existing customers and recommend appropriate credit limits; Prepare weekly and monthly credit reports for management review; Participate in the month-end close process by reconciling customer accounts and preparing bad debt provisions; Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to credit management. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or a similar role; Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Knowledge of credit management software and tools; Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively; You are proficient in English, Dutch language is a plus.
