What will you do?

• Build the L&D function from the ground up- define the strategy, processes and frameworks to deliver an effective L&D experience to the organization
• Create the L&D plan based on different business needs and for different audiences across the org.  
• Partner with leaders and  wide range of global and local interfaces  to create high performing organization
• Implement various learning methods, using different mediums (self-learning, instructor led learning, supplemental materials, interactive learnings)
• Measuring and monitoring of ongoing impact of learning plans
• Managing a yearly budget across all learning programs, sponsoring vendor relationships, overseeing their services and deliveries

What skills and experience should you bring?

• 8+ years of Learning and Development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology/behavioral science preferred (specific education in Learning Technologies is an advantage)
• Proven experience in training content development and design 
• Familiarity with remote e-learning concepts and Learning Management Systems

Requirements:
