We are looking for someone with a great passion for Human Resources to become our HR manager for the Emerson Breda campus (200 employees). As HR Manager for our Breda site, you will provide flexible, responsive, and customer-focused HR services that will contribute to the business strategy and drive the change management agenda, whilst supporting broader HR projects and business transformation initiatives.
You will act as business partner to the Breda Campus Management Team. You will report to the European HR Director and you will work together with the HR Business Partner and the Payroll Specialist. As HR Manager you work together with the other Emerson locations in The Netherlands on HR practices, policies relating to employment, ethics, legal compliance, immigration, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
bull; Build and implement HR objectives and practices to attract, retain and motivate appropriately skilled and committed employees.
bull; Advise management on the application of local employment law and in respect of employee relations issues.
bull; Support the development of the annual Communications plan as well as to guide and direct its implementation within the organization in support of both business and employee relations.
bull; Guide and support Talent Management and Organizational Review processes, such that the quality information is supplied in a timely and complete manner. Follow up on, and implement as appropriate, individual development and succession plans agreed during Organization reviews.
bull; Guide and direct the development and implementation of performance management processes within the organization
bull; Follow-up and report on Employee Opinion Survey to improve employee engagement.
bull; Implement best practices regarding HR related topics from other offices/locations of Emerson
bull; Act as a sparring partner towards the Campus Management and the Works Council
bull; Actively collaborate and work closely with HR colleagues and the Campus Management Team
bull; Internal and external communication in the field of HRM
bull; Guidance in change processes in which you act as the change agent for the Breda Campus
bull; Identifying and advising on education and training needs, career guidance of employees
bull; Coordinate and lead all expat movements and liaising with Global Mobility
bull; Coordinating remuneration reviews and bonus processes to comply with HR timelines and processes and managing remuneration approval processes globally.
bull; Continuously evaluate, measure and modify priorities, programs and plans to ensure alignment with and achievement of business strategy.
bull; Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with HR colleagues or shared services to improve overall HR effectiveness.
bull; Ensure HR governance and good compliance standards.
bull; Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Communications, EH&S and other business functions to ensure connectivity.

Requirements
bull; 7+ years of Human Resources Management experience - in generalist positions
bull; University degree (or equivalent, including business experience) in Human Resources
bull; Experience in matrix organizations and ability to work well at all Organization levels
bull; Outstanding and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
bull; ldquo;Hands-onrdquo; HR skills and insight into Organization and management development, assessment and evaluation processes, training and development.
bull; Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
bull; Good knowledge of regional labor law and works council.
bull; Strong English language skills required, in addition to Dutch.
