Dan ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken! Voor ons kantoor in Eindhoven zoeken wij een nieuwe collega die in de rol van HR medewerker backoffice op de Servicedesk aan de slag gaat.
Als HR medewerker backoffice ben je dagelijks bezig met het verwerken van starters en de administratieve afhandeling hiervan.
Te denken valt aan:

• Het opstellen van arbeids- en inleenovereenkomst(en);
• Het uitzoeken of de geldende cao juist wordt toegepast, met bijbehorende inlenersbeloning;
• Het inregelen van een starter in ons backoffice-systeem;
• De verloning en facturatie van de gewerkte uren;
• Het benaderen van medewerkers en klanten, zodat tijdig de uren ingevuld en goedgekeurd worden;
• Ziekteverzuim; van ziekmelding tot begeleiding rondom onze medewerkers en klanten;
  Daarnaast voer je correcties en mutaties door in de uren en contracten, signaleer en verwerk je cao-verhogingen, houd je het fasebeheer bij en vele andere signaleringen. Verder komen vanuit onze medewerkers, klanten en ook interne collega's diverse praktische en juridische vraagstukken binnen waarmee wij ons als team bezighouden. Ten slotte zijn er ook altijd losse projecten naast onze dagelijkse taken waar jij jezelf op kan toeleggen. Uiteraard is er roulatie in de werkzaamheden, deze stem je onderling met je team af.

• Hands-on mentaliteit en teamgericht;

• Hbo-werk- en denkniveau;
• Administratief sterk onderlegd;
• In het bezit van SEU-diploma of bereid deze te behalen;
• Relevante werkervaring in de flexbranche;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Kennis van FlexService is een pré;

Abstraction Games is an Independent Game Studio where we do our own games, as well as co-development work and adaptations of other games. We started 13 years ago as 2 people in a garden shed, and now have over 50 people in a newly renovated office just outside of Eindhoven, in the Netherlands.

What's the role?

The People Consultants team is part of our Global Business HR team providing global HR business partnering and consultation to critical Business Units and Functional leaders, along with the delivery and implementation of culture, learning and talent programs to drive the HERE People Agenda. Upholding HERE’s cultural values such as Winning Together, Learning Fast, Being True, the team collaborates with other COEs in HR to ensure that the needs of our senior leaders and their organizations are met.

The Global People Consultants Manager leads a global team of HR consultants (7) in implementing our regional people agenda by providing the required HR expertise in the following areas: performance management, talent management, restructuring & transformational project management, change management, diversity and inclusion, training, retention and engagement.  Additionally, the Manager leads employee relations efforts for defined geographies or business units and ensures the company’s local legal compliance by managing litigation and grievance cases.

What will you do?  

• Partner with Global Business HR team to define agenda for Global Consultants team to successfully execute on critical business strategies.
• Works closely other HR COEs to deliver initiatives for the defined stakeholder/geography.
• Supports implementation of change management strategies to support critical evolution of the business and achieve desired business results that are sustainable over time.
• Leads cross functional, global projects and maintains strong partnerships with other HR functions -- Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and Total Rewards.
• Provides HR consultancy to leaders including employee relations, performance management, job classification, compensation, diversity and inclusion, policy interpretation, country legislative compliance and more.
• Act as leader and coach for team of People Consultants to ensure they are able to provide coaching to middle management leaders on behaviors and practices, employee communication and engagement, skills/leadership development, performance management, and promote a continuous learning culture.

Who are you?

You will recognize yourself in the following;

• At least 7-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, or equivalent, and at least 2 years management experience with specific experience in employee relations, employee engagement, talent management and change management in an international, fast-paced, high-change business environment.
• Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships.
• Working knowledge of local and regional employment law.
• Strong client relationship management skills and experience in developing consultative relationships with business leaders, including the ability to influence decision-makers to think strategically and critically.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to effectively provide overviews on HR matters for management levels.
