What are your main responsibilities as Domain Architect?
• create Domain architecture and plans in close corporation with the business to ensure the success of the business.;
• you are, in relation to your domain, responsible for drawing up frameworks, guidelines, principles, standards and requirements for the IT architecture of TenneT and you ensure coordination with the other architecture domains;
• you proactively inform your stakeholders and colleagues of ITF about architecture and technology developments;

• you supervise and monitor the realisation and compliance of the domain architectures;
• you work closely together with project teams and DevOps teams that realise new services;

• you ensure that the execution of the (IT) project portfolio is in line with the domain target architecture;

Your profile

• you have an academic level of work and thinking;
• you have business and IT knowledge in the field of Corporate business functions, at least HR and Finance business and IT knowledge is required;
• you can reduce complex matter to simplicity and you are able to share it visually with your stakeholders on their knowledge level;
• you have a hands-on attitude and prefer working solutions over extensive models;
• Excellent language and presentation skills, both in English and preferably in German and/or Dutch;
• Experience with SAP ERP and SuccessFactors is preferable

We are seeking a HR Advisor.

 

As the HR Advisor you are responsible for supporting two senior HR Advisors of our WSEE Regional Centre with operational HR tasks mainly for our Dutch legal entities located in Arnhem, Groningen and Barendrecht (app. 600 employees). You support the Advisors who advise line managers and Business Area HR on a broad spectrum of topics, recruitment and C&B needs and collaborate closely with the HR Expert team in Arnhem and the Global Centre HR in Poland. You will also participate in regional topics and projects.

You are customer centric, flexible and equipped with a broad range of up-to-date HR knowledge or are eager to quickly deep dive into various topics. This fulltime role is a great opportunity for a passionate HR professional with a junior profile who has the drive to develop HR Advisory in an international environment to the next level. Key tasks:

Jij werkt op de afdeling HRM dagelijks samen met een HR Business Partner, een allround HR-adviseur en een Payroll & HR Administrator, die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor de HR-gerelateerde zaken in Nederland, Groot-Brittannië, België en Zweden. Je staat ook nauw in contact met de Corporate Recruiters van Planon. Voor deze afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een stagiair(e) om het team tijdens het studiejaar 2021-2022 te ondersteunen. ‘’Ontdek HRM in een internationale organisatie, draag verantwoordelijkheid voor activiteiten en zet je persoonlijke ontwikkeling op één!’’ Onze stagiair aan het woord: ‘’Tijdens mijn stage word ik nauw betrokken bij alle werkzaamheden op de afdeling HR en dat maakt dat ik als stagiaire veel van HR in de praktijk kan leren. Het mooiste van deze stage is dat ik niet alleen kennis maak met het vak HR maar ook met het vak Recruitment. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van de stage-/afstudeerplaatsen binnen Planon. Dit maakt dat ik het hele proces van werven tot en met onboarding meemaak.
