The People Consultants team is part of our Global Business HR team providing global HR business partnering and consultation to critical Business Units and Functional leaders, along with the delivery and implementation of culture, learning and talent programs to drive the HERE People Agenda. Upholding HERE’s cultural values such as Winning Together, Learning Fast, Being True, the team collaborates with other COEs in HR to ensure that the needs of our senior leaders and their organizations are met.
The Global People Consultants Manager leads a global team of HR consultants (7) in implementing our regional people agenda by providing the required HR expertise in the following areas: performance management, talent management, restructuring & transformational project management, change management, diversity and inclusion, training, retention and engagement. Additionally, the Manager leads employee relations efforts for defined geographies or business units and ensures the company’s local legal compliance by managing litigation and grievance cases.

The Human Resource Business Partner is part of the HR Team of our Plant in Katwijk, near Cuijk (NB) and works as the right hand of our HR manager. The Plant is in a restructuring phase and brings a dynamic and challenging environment. The team consists of a HR Generalist Senior and a HR Manager, where the HR Business Partner reports to. The HR Manager is part of the Plant Management Team. The Plant has around 250 employees and has a both local and international focus.
You are an organizational talent, a master at keeping a clear overview, and you get excited about helping co-workers. As an HR specialist you support team leads within the Fulfilment Center regarding HR related topics. Next to that you will be working on improving HR processes. This role requires great time-management skills, being organizationally strong, positive minded and a clear communicator. We are currently looking for an HR Officer that will be based in the Fulfilment Center in Eindhoven. You will also be required to visit our headquarters in Amsterdam frequently.

This role is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, where you will be a vital part of our in-house Human Recourses team. You will work closely with our business functions in Eindhoven as well as across Europe, looking after day-to-day front line HR questions and queries. You will also provide administration and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition function across Europe as well as deliver new starter on boarding.
You will be a Dutch speaker with excellent English language skills.
To be successful in this role you will have some experience in a fast-paced commercial HR department, perhaps in a life science or high-tech environment.
You will be the first point of call for all HR activities on this site as well as from across Europe. You will have the ability to quickly grasp HR business objectives and handle multiple HR matters simultaneously, as our business is fast paced. You will have a strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude, as well as strong communication skills.
You will have some experience in a HR Team in a large organization, have good interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. The HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our HR Service is efficient and effective for all employees at Illumina, Eindhoven and aross Europe. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries and will provide support to both HRBPs and Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities will include
Ensure HR service delivery is efficient and effective
First point of contact for HR connect and managing employee queries
Candidate Management - Manage candidate communications and paperwork
Update and maintain new hire dashboard.
Organising and delivering onboarding for new joiners
Creating offer paperwork, closing out candidate records
Liaison with payroll on queries
Support Transfer for outside EMEA / internal transition
Employee Relation support – Manage Leave of Abenses, support with documentation
