Je voert leuke gesprekken met kandidaten en beheert met strakke regie jouw sollicitatieprocedures. Je bent namelijk zelf verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces van A-Z en voor een optimale 'Candidate Experience'. Elke aanname van een nieuwe Java-, C#-, Front-end Developer of Cloud specialist doet je hart sneller kloppen en geeft je nog meer energie.
Je weet zelf dat het vinden van de juiste mensen lastig is en dat goede arbeidsvoorwaarden een ‘must’ zijn. Ben jij starter op de arbeidsmarkt en heb je vanuit stages of bijbanen ervaring met administratieve en/of ondersteunde werkzaamheden? En wil jij bijdragen aan een soepel verlopend sollicitatieproces? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een internationaal kantoor gevestigd in Amsterdam, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste MBO-starter. Als Junior Recruitment Assistent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken met kandidaten. Dit doe je voor verschillende recruiters en lijnmanagers. Je staat dus continue met hen én met de kandidaten in contact.
Ook zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van alle kandidaatgegevens in de database van deze organisatie. Bij recruitment events (welke een paar keer per jaar plaatsvinden) heb jij een ondersteunende rol. Samen met je team van 4 collega's zorgen jullie ervoor dat kandidaten een prettig sollicitatieproces ervaren en dat je interne collega's ontzorgt tijdens deze processen.

A day at the office
We continue working at the office, whenever it’s possible, but we have adjusted all our activities to be done from home for now. So, all the things you can think of being done with and for employees, are mostly online for now. Still, this is what you can expect from a “normal” day at the office!
You start the day with the daily check-in with your squad. What cases are you working on? What are your goals for the day? After that, you might have a video call with a new joiner for their first-month conversation. Later you check in with your colleagues to brainstorm f.e. on the ways to improve the onboarding experience. In the meantime you check your Slack (we don’t really have an ‘email’ culture), to answer questions of employees. Contract renewal is coming up as well, so you retrieve the feedback from the peer group and send suggestions based on that to our Management Team. In deze rol partner je met de Operations afdeling, welke verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele uitvoering van onze diensten aan de klant.
